Look forward to a stylish and modern ground-floor apartment with 75 m² of living space that accommodates 4 to 5 people—ideal for families, couples, or friends. You can park your car conveniently and sheltered from the weather in the private carport right next to the house.
The apartment features a bright living and dining area, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. A comfortable fold-out bed can be provided in the living room for a fifth person. A modern bathroom with a shower offers additional comfort.
A special highlight: The beautiful garden with a furnished terrace is perfect for sunbathing, reading, or enjoying meals together outdoors—the ideal spot for relaxing vacation moments. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored safely in a lockable storage room.

Wulfen is located east of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, about 200 meters from the Baltic Sea, and right next to the 18-hole “Golf Club Fehmarn” golf course. Water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy on Burger Binnensee—whether on the Baltic Sea or at the nearby Wake Park. There’s also a surfing, kiteboarding, and sailing school on-site (at the campground).
The town also offers a beautiful sandy beach for swimmers. A tour along Fehmarn’s southern coast offers a stunning view of the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Fresh rolls and a small grocery store are available at the campground. Larger supermarkets can be found in Burg, approximately 4 km away.
