Rustic Swedish-style house in Avendorf/Fehmarn—plenty of space, large garden & fireplace
Experience the ultimate vacation in our charming Swedish-style house in Avendorf, nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac between fields and nature—ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
Avendorf is located about 2 km northeast of the Fehmarnsund Bridge, just a 20-minute walk (or a few minutes by bike) from the white natural beach on the Fehmarnsund.
The island’s capital, Burg, is about 5 km away—perfect for strolling, shopping, and culinary excursions.
House & Amenities (approx. 60 m², up to 5 people):
3 bedrooms: one double bed with 2 mattresses (90x200), 1 double bed with 2 mattresses (70x200), and one single bed (90x200).
Living room with a fireplace for cozy evenings, kitchen, and bathroom with shower
Covered patio with outdoor fireplace and seating area—perfect in any weather
Large, well-maintained garden (not fully fenced)
