Brauchbare Wohnung - schlechte Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung zeichnet sich durch eine weitgehend gelungene Raumaufteilung sowie einen ansprechenden Eindruck aus. Teilweise wurden hochwertige Materialien oder Einrichtungsgegenstände bereitgestellt. Leider wurde dies nicht durchgehend gehalten und neben der Küchenarbeitsplatte (Hygiene) insbesondere an den Betten gespart. Matratzen, Decken und Kissen sind extrem billig und bieten einen miserablen Komfort. Eine Reiseteilnehmerin klagte nach dem Aufenthalt über Rückenschmerzen - sonst nie ein Problem. Auch die Warmwasseraufbereitung ist bei voller Belegung des Hauses zu knapp dimensioniert. Die Lage ist nur mit Auto akzeptabel. Fußläufig ist nahezu nichts zu erreichen. Auch Baden am Deich (wie auf der Website der Anbieterin suggeriert) ist nicht sinnvoll möglich. Wer am Abend noch ein paar Schritte gehen möchte und dabei eine schöne Umgebung sucht ist hier falsch. Während die Wohnung selbst ansehnlich ist, gilt dies nicht für die Außenanlagen. Ohnehin schon unvorteilhaft zwischen Durchgangsstraße, heruntergekommenem Nachbarhaus sowie Äckern gelegen, verbessert der "Garten" diesen nicht. Zwei Betten befinden sich im Dachboden. Hier ist es gemütlich. Der Aufstieg über die Leiter (die Bezeichnung Treppe wäre hier unangebracht) ist weder für sehr junge noch für ältere Urlauber ratsam. Auch sollte vorsorglich vom abendlichen Glas Wein Abstand genommen werden, wenn oben übernachtet werden soll. Im Herbst war es zudem - wenngleich ja eigentlich die warme Luft nach oben steigen sollte - kühl. Die Isolierung ist in der kühlen Jahreszeit und zum Schlafen sicherlich kein Problem. Im Sommer jedoch wird auch der bereitgestellte Ventilator nicht dafür sorgen, erträgliche Temperaturen zu erreichen. Probleme gab es mit dem WLAN. Oft war eine stabile Verbindung unmöglich. Für Familien, deren Kinder ohne gutes WLAN unruhig werden, ist in von der Wohnung abzuraten. Schlecht ist das Benehmen seitens der Vermieterin. Sowohl in der Vorabstimmung am Telefon als auch persönlich zeigte sich diese als sehr unangenehme Zeitgenossin. Sowohl von den Umgangsformen als auch inhaltlich in keiner Weise kundenorientiert, freundlich oder auch nur sachlich. Nach vielen Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnungen bot sich hier ein neuer negativer Höhepunkt. Wir haben trotz vieler Urlaubsjahre noch keine so unverschämte und unfreundliche Gastgeberin erdulden müssen. Zusammenfassend können wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.
