Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the 85-square-meter, three-story beach villa—with its spacious rooftop terrace and veranda—is always bright and inviting, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Even if the weather outside turns unpleasant and a cool sea breeze blows in, the cozy underfloor heating quickly brings a sense of comfort inside.
