Welcome to Utkiek, a charming vacation home in a prime location on the island of Fehmarn.
This non-smoking property spans 72 square meters and, set on a 540-square-meter lot, offers plenty of space for up to five people. The quiet address at Dünenweg 13 places you just a few meters from the Baltic Sea and the popular Südstrand beach. The immediate proximity to the beach and direct access to the water invite you to take long walks, enjoy a relaxing swim, and participate in a variety of water sports.
The name of the house says it all: from the property and inside the house, you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea, making your stay an unforgettable experience. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets here any time of year.
The interior of the property features a well-thought-out layout. The living area, with laminate flooring, is furnished with a sofa corner, an armchair, and a TV, serving as the social hub. Various games are available for fun-filled evenings. A separate dining area with a table provides a pleasant atmosphere for shared meals. The kitchenette in the hallway is functionally equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust fan, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Of course, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are provided, as is a trash can. To make your breakfast a pleasure, an egg cooker and a milk frother are also available.
A washing machine is also available in the living room. A clothes rack is available for drying laundry.
Three separate bedrooms, all with laminate flooring, provide quiet retreats. One large bedroom is furnished with a large 2x2 m bed. Another room features a bunk bed, each with a 0.90x2 m mattress. The third bedroom has a single bed, also with a 0.90x2 m mattress. This room also features a desk, offering the opportunity to work remotely in this beautiful spot.
Ample storage space is available in all bedrooms in the form of closets and dressers.
A crib is available upon request, making the accommodation particularly family-friendly. A baby bathtub, a changing pad, and a high chair are also provided for the little ones.
The exclusive new bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. Ample storage space is available in the vanity cabinet. In addition, the bathroom features a large towel radiator and underfloor heating, making it very comfortable to use, especially during the cooler months.
