Enjoy modern living on approximately 105m ² living space!
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living and dining area. There you will find the open kitchen, which is equipped with all major kitchen utensils for self-catering. In addition to a dishwasher are still an induction stove, a toaster, kettle u. v.m ready for you. The dining table invites you to dine together and socialize. In the adjoining living area you can relax on two sofas and a satellite TV eventful days quietly. A fireplace invites you to romantic hours. Furthermore, the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. A staircase takes you to the upper floor.
There are three more bedrooms. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and two more bedrooms, which are designed as a nursery with two single beds. In one bedroom there is the possibility to set up a cot.
Highlight on this floor is the large wellness bath with infrared cabin, large walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.

The communal plot is about 1. 500m ². It is Z. Partly fenced and partially separated by a hedge. The individual houses on the property are without fence to the respective neighbors. For the younger guests there is a trampoline and a swing on the playground. Each house has a terrace with barbecue and a large comfortable dining table to relax. In the beach chair, especially suitable in spring and autumn, can spend relaxing hours in the sun.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einem tollen und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir können einen Urlaub , vor allem mit Kindern, in diesem Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Haus wie beschrieben, sauber, modern, kinderfreundlich (Treppengitter Steckdosenschutz). Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Nach langem bangen wegen Corona konnten wir dann doch unseren Kurzurlaub verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
