79-square-meter Scandinavian vacation home with a sauna—5 minutes from the beach

Just a five-minute walk from the beach, this bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished Scandinavian-style vacation home awaits you. With 79 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to eight people and two dogs to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living and kitchen area. This is where you’ll cook together, laugh, and enjoy your vacation. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic-top stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

After an eventful day at the beach, the large, comfortable sofa area invites you to relax. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a particularly inviting atmosphere. The dining table, situated slightly apart, is the perfect spot for shared meals, game nights, and social gatherings.

From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered patio. Equipped with a garden table and chairs, it’s ideal for a relaxed breakfast outdoors or long summer evenings. Two sun loungers also invite you to sit back and enjoy the moment.

Up to eight guests can sleep in three adjacent bedrooms and a cozy alcove. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while another has two single beds. The alcove contains an additional double bed—a cozy retreat that’s especially popular with children and teenagers.

Two bathrooms with showers, toilets, and comfortable underfloor heating provide added comfort. From the larger bathroom, you have direct access to the private sauna—perfect for relaxing after a walk on the beach or on cooler days. A washer with a dryer function is also available.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to discover, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
