Great location, very nice interior and amenities. One of the living room sofas has a broken arm, the front bathroom toilet seat is broken. The windows could use screens since the mosquitoes were keeping us up at night. The laminate flooring was lifting in many areas including near the front bathroom

The apartment itself was very nice, though it's highly inappropriate for anyone with mobility issues - top floor of 4 story walk-up, interior stairwell is a tight spiral staircase (other staircase available is exterior concrete staircase). The street the apartment is on is not particularly nice, but it is quite convenient as a base to see Florence. Communication with the landlord was also a bit difficult.

When we first got there me and my husband noticed a horrible mildew smell coming from the washer so we ended up just having to shut the door and not use that bathroom. In the other shower the shower head mount was broken so you had to hold it the entire time. Other than that a great stay with so much space for the price!

Great spot walking distance to Florence. Make sure you are able to walk up several flights of stairs as there is no lift. Clean and nice space.
