Le scale di accesso erano molto molto sporche (molta polvere e macchie), con veleno per blatte e/o topi sparso al piano terra e trappole. Nell’appartamento mancava l’acqua che era disponibile solo per brevi tratti. Assistenza in pratica nulla: Su mia richiesta, non mi hanno detto un anticipo che l’area era a ZTL
