About this house rental

Welcome to Blackhawk 13, a high-end four bedroom, three-story loft townhome decked out with an in-home elevator, thoughtfully decorated with modern art, eclectic decor, modern furnishings, and luxe amenities. This home is thoughtfully designed as a modern loft meets Colorado living. Located less than a mile to Steamboat Resort, this is the perfect home base for your next mountain getaway.

Enter Blackhawk 13 on the lower level featuring a heated garage, plenty of ski storage, boot dryers, mud room, full washer & dryer, and secluded downstairs bunk suite perfect for the kiddos. The bunk suite features a Twin/Full bunk bed and Queen bed, flat screen TV, hotel-style luxury linens, plus a private ensuite bathroom. Take the stairs (or the in-home elevator!) and head upstairs to the main living area level and enjoy the spacious layout of the open floor plan including a warm fireplace, Pac-Man video game, and large flat screen TV. The living area has contemporary furnishings & art that flows perfectly into the decked out kitchen.

Hungry? Come together at the 10 person dining room table for a home cooked meal or bring take-out home from one of the nearby restaurants. There are also seating for three more at the breakfast bar. Head outside and find two decks on this level, one that boasts ski area views and seating for two, and another that offers a bit more privacy with a hot tub looking over the neighboring creek.

Head upstairs to the third level to find the Twin room with two Twin beds, closet, flat screen TV, and shared Jack & Jill bathroom. There is also a Queen bedroom on this level that shares the Jack & Jill bathroom. Head across the hall and find the Primary King Suite with complete privacy, dual vanity ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, small office space, and more. Other amenities at this home are private winter shuttle service, heated driveway, ski storage, boot & glove dryer, stereo system, and office space with desk.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom on upper level level, and Bunk Suite with one Twin/Full bunk and Queen bed on entry level. Sleeps up to ten guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage, one in the driveway & a limited overflow parking area. Parking passes must be used in overflow lot.​​​​​​​

This is a spacious townhome with a well stocked kitchen (appliances, etc.). We had 7 adults and there was enough space in the living areas for us all to be comfortable. It is a corner unit so there were plenty of windows.

Great place! Everything worked well. The kitchen had everything a cook would ever want! the hot tub was first class. Comfy beds. And the location to the mountain is awesome - just a short walk up Village Way and you are there. We will be back! And hopefully in Blackhawk 13 again!
