The main living level also features a primary bedroom with a king size sleep number bed and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two and a separate walk in shower for two! Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Had a great time staying here for skiing. Shuttle picks up right at the bottom of the driveway. House is clean and as advertised. Communication from property management was great as well.

This was our first time in Steamboat and will not be our last. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this condo. It is perfectly situated, easy drive into town and a short shuttle ride to the mountain. The shuttle is punctual and picks up right at the end of the driveway. We couldn’t have asked for more, this condo easily accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids, everyone had enough room and slept well. This was a perfect place to call home for a memorable ski trip, we will be back!

When I tried to book this home I had some questions that I only received generic responses too. The questions I asked were not answered. My wife and I have several vacation homes that we advertise on various websites and this is why we manage them ourselves.
With regards to the home it was spacious and met our needs. The kitchen could use a few more items and be stocked better. When you own a million dollar property it only makes sense to have a well stocked kitchen which is such a minimal cost to do. A well stocked with everything goes along way.
The property could stand to be updated on the inside. I think 25 years ago carpet in the bathroom and shower area was acceptable. Not anymore. The master bath defiantly needs to be remodeled.
A note to the owners. I hope you actually get to read this review. We were disappointed that we reached out a couple times before we booked and didn’t get personal responses. That’s the problem when you let someone manage your property.
I would stay here again but it would be nice to have it updated and deal with the owner instead of management company.
