Welcome home to Cascades at EagleRidge Stuart 3, an on-mountain townhome that's perfect for families & large groups who are ready to hit the slopes, bike the trails, and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer. Featuring newly renovated dining area & living room, four bedrooms spread across three levels plus an oversized garage, kids playroom, private decks and more, this home is ready and waiting for your next Steamboat vacation.
Walk into Cascades at Eagle Ridge Stuart 3 and instantly feel the mountain charm. With fun decor accents and plush furniture, you're instantly wrapped in mountain style and ready to relax. The main level boasts a newly renovated open kitchen/dining room layout so everyone in your group can chat and enjoy each other's company while relaxing. The kitchen has new appliances and plenty of room for the chef in your group to whip up dinner. The large dining area is the perfect place to host a family dinner or host a fun game night. When you need some fresh air, head out to the main level deck and take in the mountain views. Also on the main level, find the King Primary Suite with a private deck, full ensuite bathroom, and flat screen TV.
Head upstairs and you'll find two additional oversized King bedrooms that offer tons of privacy and share a full bathroom. Downstairs is the place the kids will love! The open bunk room has a set of Full/Full bunk beds along with a Twin daybed with Twin Trundle. The best part of this room? The games, books and foosball table that is begging to be played! Additionally, there's another King bedroom on the lower level that has a shared full bathroom.

The host/management was super responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very nice in a great neighborhood. The shuttle service was the game changer, that made this trip much easier from a planning perspective. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time and we loved the convenience of everything. The free shuttles were a huge plus. There had a pack n play crib, baby gates and high chair which was great for my 18 month old. The only suggestion would be to get rid of all the pans and get new ones, they are scratched and probably not safe for cooking.

The accommodations were terrific! The home has a great layout with plenty of room for our group. It's comfortable and well appointed. The service from Steamboat Lodging, once again, pins the needle on excellent! The entire team is friendly and responsive. A great advantage for our group is the shuttle service, and all the drivers are pleasant and accommodating. It was our third year working with Steamboat Lodging, and our second year in this home. We're already talking about returning next year!
