Year-round in Steamboat:
Steamboat is one of Colorado's best-kept summer secrets. From your door, walk to Wild Plum for shopping, hit the Yampa River trail for biking and tubing, catch a rodeo, soak in Strawberry Park Hot Springs, or hike Fish Creek Falls. The Wild Blue Gondola, North America's longest and fastest 10-person gondola, runs in summer too for sightseeing and mountain biking access. The neighborhood itself is beautiful: big trees with year-round lights, walking paths along the creek, and quick access to everything that makes Steamboat special.

For ski season:
A free ski loop shuttle runs during ski season if you'd prefer a ride to the base. Ski storage in two places: a convenient ski rack right outside the condo door, plus lockable ski lockers in the building. A spacious mudroom holds boots, helmets, hats, and gloves. Steamboat's recent expansion added new chairlifts, the entire Sunshine Peak area, and the Wild Blue Gondola. There's never been more mountain to ski.

The kitchen:
High-end appliances throughout: a Café range, double oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a Monogram large built-in refrigerator and a wine and beverage fridge. Beautifully stocked coffee bar with both Keurig and drip.
