You're going to love this spacious mountain townhome featuring a two-car garage and a private hot tub to welcome you home from your daily adventures around Steamboat Springs. Inside, you'll find an expansive living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a grand gas fireplace presiding over the room. The full kitchen includes all the appliances, counter space, and cookware you'll need, as well as a breakfast bar where you can grab a bite before hitting the slopes. After a day on the slopes at the Steamboat Ski Resort, come home to a soothing soak in the hot tub and admire the terrific views from the upper and lower decks. Or, simply pop in a DVD and watch a movie on one of the five flatscreen TVs, or use the free WiFi to research your next Steamboat adventure. Within the EagleRidge community, you'll have access to outstanding shared amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a fire pit, a fitness center, a steam room, and massage services.
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower on the top floor. Across the hall is an additional bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and shower seat - for convenience, this bathroom also has a door that leads to the hallway. The remaining three bedrooms are on the basement level, two of which share a full bathroom that adjoins one of them and has a bathtub/shower combination, and one that has a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find the fantastic neighborhood store WildPlum. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Great location! Plenty of room for all 11 of us.Loved having 3 king rooms with their own bathrooms. The bedrooms did have fans which was great. The only downfall with unusual warm March, We wish we could have used the AC, the house got to 80 degrees inside.

Easy check in, house was very well equipped, very comfortable, quiet, great location, Split A/C was more than adequate. When we come back to Steamboat would stay here again!

The unit was lovely and had plenty of space for our group. It is in a great location. The beds are on the firm side and there are no blackout curtains if that is something you need to sleep. There are split unit AC units in the upstairs bedrooms which was nice with how hot it got. The deck needs a lot of work and has a lot of splinters.
Our biggest issue was with Vacasa and their communication about securing a late checkout. They do not stipulate in their email you must decide by 7p the day before check out if you would like to pay for a late check out. It was very frustrating as we were out for the day and did not check our email until later that evening. They will not make any exceptions, even if you try calling.
