It is a residential place. So at night it is quiet despite that it is in the middle of the city. The apartment is comfortable. The host is attentive and informative. There was an issue with the AC that was leaking water from condensation to the inside. it was not a big issue for me but I know that eventually it could cause a problem for the host as that water would tend to rot the wood floors overtime. he took immediate note of the issue and said he would resolve it promptly. That is quality customer service!
In general the stay was a good one. This comment is very minor but the key chain was breaking and the keys would come out of it, potentially risking losing a key. That is all I could think of.

Leuk appartementje, klein maar van alles voorzien. Slaapbank ligt prima. Heerlijke douche en diti handdoeken. Gastheer is ontzettend attent en goed bereikbaar. Duidelijke instructies over hoe binnen te komen. Vlakbij tram 16 waarmee je zo bij de Duomo bemt. Metro is iets verder lopen maar ook te doen. Rustig gebouw in rustige wijk.

Il monolocale è posizionato all'interno di un condominio molto silenzioso in una zona centrale comoda a mezzi pubblici, negozi e locali. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, il bagno di dimensione adeguata e pulitissimo, è presente l'aria condizionata, il divano letto molto comodo. La gestione delle chiavi è avvenuta tramite masterlock con istruzioni chiarissime da parte del gestore. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per la zona di Milano dove è posizionato. Sicuramente lo terrò presente per i miei prossimi viaggi a Milano.
Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto i cuscini del letto sono molto bassi e morbidi, poco comodi.

Well connected location, close to everything. Everything was clean when we arrived
It looks much better, brighter and spacious in the pictures than in real life! I did not recognise it at first when we arrived and thought it was some kind of mistake. Worst of all, however, was the AC that unfortunately did not function well and made a lot of noise. This made the night really uncomfortable, I could not get much sleep. And the pillows were also meh!
