L’appartement est très bien équipé, décoré et climatisé. Les lignes de métro 2 et 4 sont vraiment proches, tout comme les supermarchés pour faire les courses. Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité dans le quartier.
Situé au RDC avec deux portes fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure, heureusement il y a des rideaux.

Place is cozy and clean. Very well planned and nicely furnitured. Washing machine is a HUGE plus during heat season. Great transportation options literally around the corner and breakfast places (Luca is a legend)
AC is noisy so during the heatwave or hot season you need an earplugs for sleeping. Trash bins section in the kitchen need to be fixed to operate smoothly.
