Location, cleanliness, the responsiveness of the host. Situated in a nice Italian building, 5 minutes walk to the Science Museum, Saint Ambrogio church, metro, shops.
Situated on the top floor, in the Summer heath, it was impossible to stay without the AC turned on. But this has nothing to do with the host or apartment. The AC works just fine.

the room was cute, the bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer was included in the unit. The host provided with a bathroom kit, clean towels, and coffee kits. I loved staying there! safe and quiet neighborhood
The room is REALLY hot during the summer, since it's on the most top floor. The air conditioner is not super strong and noisy and blows onto the face when you're lying on the bed.
