The apartment was super cute. They have a bedroom with a great bed. Plenty of space to put your luggage, and hang some clothes. The washing machine was a plus! The bathroom was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped appropriately. Only one block from the subway! The apartment is located in a great area called St. Ambrogio. History is all around it! A few blocks from one of the best attractions in Milan, the Last Super of Leonardo. The photos and description of the apartment are accurate.
We were with no hot water for 24 hours! I wanted to shower, and I realized while in the shower that the water was not getting hot! This was a bit disappointing. We spent some time talking to the person in charge that day (the apartment is managed by a company), and in the end, they sent a technician the next day. The other issue was the heat. On the first day, we could not make it to work. Again, it was fixed after spending some time talking to them on the phone.

la posizione dell'appartamento strategica, l'appartamento è abbastanza grande per essere a Milano e il terrazzino è molto carino.
le istruzioni lasciate sul tavolo erano molto chiare e dettagliate e quando mi è saltata la caldaia il servizio emergenza mi ha risposto subito.
Appartamento sporco, mobili vecchi e buttati un po' a caso.
Il lavandino del bagno non funzionava e la porta/finestra in camera non si chiudeva bene.
Nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto che dovrebbe essere il minimo visto il costo dell'appartamento durante la MDW.
