Modern place, recently renovated. Convenient location. Comfortable bed in the bedroom.

A loooot of humidity in the bedroom. There is an air dryer but it gets full quite fast and it is noisy. There is a constant stale, musty damp smell. On the other hand the couch on the upper floor is not very comfortable. There is constant light from outside since there are no curtains and a lot of noise from other residents walking and the street. The drain in the shower doesn’t function as it supposed to.. which can lead to flood in the bathroom. As a whole the price is quite high considering all these factors.

L’appartamento é in un’ottima posizione, davanti a molti bar

L’appartamento non era pulito molto bene e abbiamo trovato una cartina di preservativo e il water sporco. Inoltre, la camera é sottoterra ed é estremamente umida nonostante il deumidifucatore
