Amazing hotel and very friendly staff

Amazing hotel, very friendly and pleasant staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Always smiling and chatting to us. They greeted us every morning with a big smile, and inviting us to a lovely, delicious and varied breakfast: very high-quality food and excellent coffee. Breakfast is highly recommended. Big, very clean and modern rooms. The whole hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The road up to the hotel is slightly steep, but there is hardly any traffic, so it is manageable. Very good value for money. Nice small heated swimming pool. Amazing view from the hotel. We arrived at 11:00 pm after the restaurant had closed, but the lovely manager insisted on cooking us some seafood pasta as we were very hungry. It was absolutely delicious. Very clean facilities, bathroom. Very hard-working housekeeping team. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Warm hospitality with stunning view

Our stay was truly memorable! The view was to die for, and the heated pool was a big plus – perfect for a swim even when the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach. The breakfast and menu were delicious, and the entire team, including the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. Mira especially stood out with her warmth and care, making us feel right at home.

The room was newly renovated and comfortable, though it could use a few small touches like towel hooks, a bin in the main room, and improved shower drainage. Reaching the hotel at night can be tricky as the road has no lights, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it

Great hotel just out of Budva 10/10 recommend!

Great hotel, very spacious and clean room. The views were amazing from hotel, a little drive from Budva but nice to be out of the hustle of the city. Nice hot shower and comfy beds plenty of storage. Lovely pool and amazing views and sunset. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful and reasonably priced. One of the staff helped us organise a car which was good price and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We were in room A9. Only thing I would suggest would be for another bin/mirror in the room rather than just the bathroom. Also the room didn't have proper curtains/blinds and was soo bright in the morning! Take an eye mask

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff

Hotel Reset was absolutely fantastic. A relatively small and quiet boutique hotel with absolutely stunning views down to the bay from the pool area (which was only a couple of steps from our room). The facilities were great - gorgeous rooms and a stunning pool. Our stay came with a buffet breakfast every morning which was amazing - different options every day. The Reset restaurant was fantastic - the quality of the food was better than several restaurants we tried in the old town. The staff were absolutely amazing - so hospitable and friendly and really looked after us. Couldn’t praise Hotel Reset more!

Bit disappointing

The property is nice with a stunning view and a gorgeous pool. The staff is friendly. Clean room, A/C nice. You'd really want to like this place...

.. however, it has downsides that make it difficult to enjoy it all the time. Looking for serenity up the hill? Forget it, it's NOISY due to being crowded by children (nothing is quite as unrelaxing as witnessing one doing something poolside that should be done in a toilet), and they play music rather loud until midnight or even later. Our room was right next to the kitchen/bar so probably suffered from this the most. Private terrace meant sunbeds outside the door which other guests didn't mind using. Room is tiny but manageable, however shower misses a door/wall so your entire bathroom is flooded after showering. Rituals products in pictures but in reality some cheap brand. Food really mediocre (kind of fine in a pool bar but don't think of having dinner here). Location far up the hill which obviously creates the view but otherwise taxi/car is a must (use Terrae or Munja). Overall if you're a couple looking for a boutique experience in a serene location, it's a miss. For a family with children, probably spot on. I'm reviewing as the first mentioned. Sorry for not being able to give a better review, but I would have appreciated a review like this before booking.

Breakfast was really good! Homemade types of bread, fried eggs one day, and scrambled on the other day, some sausages, and a variety of ham. Juice/water/kefir to choose. Also, tea, latte, cappuccino, or coffee are available. The view is outstanding! Comfortable swimming pool, both for kids and adults. Staff are very helpful and friendly, serving food and drinks up until 22:00.

There are a few places where kids can climb over the flower beds and then fall from quite a big height. So maybe some better fences can be installed to eliminate this risk. But that's the specifics of the Montenegrian architecture, so parents should always watch their kids, even if the place looks like heaven!

Wonderful hotel in Budva!

We stayed at Hotel Reset and were absolutely delighted. The hotel is located on a hill above the city, offering a stunning view of Budva, the sea, and St. Nicholas Island. The rooms are designed as individual bungalows with private entrances, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. The grounds are very well maintained, with lots of greenery and a spacious atmosphere. The large swimming pool was a real highlight. Special thanks to the staff — incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel truly welcome. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely come back again!

Lovely quiet place with exceptional view and friendly staff

We had a lovely stay 4 nights long. Staff was very friendly. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, especially everything with seafood! My boyfriend also really liked the montenegro beers.

We liked everything but the music playlist was sometimes annoying when it contained just a limited number of songs and got played on repeat all day 😅 Feels that there was no need for a music at all, the place has nice nature sounds

One of the best hotel Ive stayed in

We spent 3 nights at Reset Boutique Hotel. All said before, this place is stunning. There are only 7 or 8 rooms in the hotel and you enjoy Budva from high above the city with its fantastic view on sea, city and green mountains. The place and rooms are new and really 5 star look and quality (we stayed in an upgraded very spacious one with kind of private terrasse on the right side of the main building) the pool is amazing, breakfast offers shorter but clever selection of food, restaurant food is delicious with reasonable prices. You really dont feel like leaving the place!

Everything was above high expectations. Driving there doesnt need special skills. Its just a narrower mountain road with some curves. You need a car or u take taxi. When they called us taxi it was 8 euro down, from old town back in the evening taxi charged us 22 euro with taximeter so ud better ask the price before.

Amazing place with a beautiful view of the see, the island and mountains. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very kind and helpful, did everything for the convenient stay. The breakfast is diverse and you can find good meals on the restaurant's menu.

Driving to the hotel requires good driving skills, but getting there absolutly worth it.

Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Hotel waren super schön! Der Pool angenehm und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Im Appartement hatten wir ausreichend Platz.

Leider funktionierte der Whirlpool auf unserem Balkon nicht. Beim Frühstück leider kaum was dabei für Veganer. Vegetarier finden was. Es wurde nicht durchgesaugt im Appartement,wir waren mit unserem Hund dort. Aber auf Anfrage haben wir direkt einen Staubsauger erhalten. Im Hotel hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.Das Land Montenegro war leider nichts für uns.Das Land hat eine so schöne Landschaft.Wirklich ein Traum.Es liegt aber ÜBERALL Müll herum.Überall.In den Wäldern,Straßen,am Meer.Und wie sie dort mit Hunden umgehen ist ein Alptraum.Da haben es die Straßenhunde noch gut getroffen..Das Land ist nix für Menschen die gegenüber Hunden sehr emphatisch sind..

Chegamos em uma noite de muita chuva e nosso carro não subia a ladeira até o hotel de jeito nenhum (estávamos com um carro cheio de malas, portanto, bem pesado) e o pessoal do hotel foi extremamente atenciosos e eficientes, acharam um estacionamento para que a gente deixasse o carro e nos levaram até o hotel com o carro deles, chegando lá a cozinha já tinha fechado, mas mesmo assim abriram uma excessão e conseguimos jantar (por sinal, o restaurante do hotel tem o melhor bolognese que já comemos). O hotel tem uma vista lista (que compensa subir a ladeira), os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos nossa estadia inteira, eu recomendo o hotel de olhos fechados e com certeza ficaríamos novamente.

Assim como a maior parte dos hotéis na Europa, o box do chuveiro não é 100% fechado, portanto o banheiro molha bastante
