Accessible is tricky with larger cars
It’s an apartment next to and above other apartments which we did not realise - listing said it was detached - but it’s essentially the top floor of a house with many apartments - it also says sound-proofed but you could hear the French family and their screaming kids in the apartment below, particularly through the bedroom vents which acted a little bit like a chimney so the sound travelled up and woke us up on many occasions
