Worth it! The views are SPECTACULAR, the apartment is spacious and Levanto is a gem.

Breathtaking views, spacious accommodations, fully equipped kitchen and less than 5 minutes from the beach. I thought I would struggle with the stairs (no lift), but it wasn't a problem for my family at all. The AC was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the double showers were great when a lot of kids needed to rinse off. There was a small market that carried everything we needed and a cafe/gelateria right around the corner from the apartment. They had the best gelato we've had in all of Italy. My family of 6 did not want to leave. Would definitely come back again.

Everything was great! If you're on the taller side, you need to be careful with the sloped ceilings in the kitchen, but we're all short, so we didn't have any problems.

Convenience to everything. Very clean and spacious. Host very kind and approachable. Town people are lovely. Levanto is beautiful. And a great spot to explore cinque terre. Unknown gem.

We are pretty fit and healthy - so nailed the stairs, so wasn’t a problem for us - but may be an issue for some.

Fantastic location, very spacious and practical , AMAZING balconys and kitchen was well equipped although toaster wasnt working., also great communication with rep deborah for apartment to check in.

Pillows on bed too soft, easy to bang head in kitchen with the lower ceilings there.

Fantastic penthouse with view of the sea stunning

Incredible location with stunning view of the sea. super close within walking distance to beach and shops. Loft style penthouse fresh clean and nicely decorated. Balcony was inviting with a glass of wine in hand. Kitchen was so well organised and immaculate, really impressive. Had all the bells and whistles almost!

Just a suggestion, Extra seating in the lounge area like bean bags or large cushions for reading away from TV would be great? It was challenging get the keys after a long drive with no coverage but eventually with help from a local we were united with the agent who raced down to meet us. He was great really helpful and accommodating. Main bedroom bathroom shower head needed maintenance unfortunately wasn't fixed while dishwasher was??? Hand SOAP!! I mentioned this to the agent and still nothing arrived. No shampoo or conditioner sachets which I thought was a bit tight considering the price! We stayed in similar accommodation and they all had something available for the days required at least. otherwise a great stay and still recommend.

Across the road from the beach and within ten minutes walking distance from town centre. Beautiful view from living area/terrace. Fully equipped with all we needed. Very comfy bed. Safe area.

Needs a refresh/ deeper clean - some areas of the apartment were dusty, bathroom mirrors not clean, tiles in bathrooms need cleaning, some utensils in drawers still had food on them. Too many steps and no lift to top floor - which can’t be helped.

We stayed here as a family and I do very much recommened!

The host was super kind, attentive, and accommodating. We traveled with our 4 young children and we really enjoyed the apartment and location. We drove and there was a perfect spot/garden area where we were able to privately park our van. The apartment was really clean and the view and location were amazing. The beach is a 4 min walk away and restaurants, bakery, grocery store are all within 10 min walk.

Some outdoor furniture would be really nice for this price point. The pictures show a table and chairs, however they were not on the patio.

The Location of the apartment was excellent and the accomadation was perfect. The town is excellent to use as a base for Cinque Terra with plenty of restuarants and amenities.

Superb

Great facilities - e.g. provision of powder to use the washing machine. Location is great - 2 minutes walk to the beach/cycle path, 5 mins to town and 10 to the station. Beautiful view.

Felt quite expensive given it was winter season. Almost double what we paid for a similar apartment in Verona.

Everything was truly perfect. Mr. Tieni, the host, was impeccable and the apartment more than I expected. I had read that the lack of an elevator let it down a bit, but I even liked that. It was worth every single penny and it made my stay in Levanto even better than expected.

Grosszügige, super gelegene Wohnung mit einer Traumsicht aufs Meer vom Balkon aus

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: zu Fuss 2 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum nächsten kleineren Laden für Lebensmittel und Produkte des täglichen Gebrauchs, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Die Sicht auf das Meer und einen Teil von Levanto vom Balkon aus, ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Sie ist sehr geräumig, vor allem Küche/ Wohnzimmer, hat zwei Badezimmer und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Es hat in beiden Schlafzimmern noch je ein drittes Bett, das genutzt werden könnte. Die Fotos geben einen wahrheitsgetreuen Eindruck der Wohnung. Das Auto kann im sicheren (es hat ein Einfahrtstor, das in der Nacht jeweils geschlossen war) Innenhof parkiert werden.

Für uns war es gut, aber man muss sich bewusst sein: Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock (5. oder 6. Etage) und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Beide Schlafzimmer sind nur mit einer Milchglastüre vom Wohnzimmer getrennt (1x normale Türe, 1x Schiebetüre). Wenn somit im Wohnzimmer Licht brennt, ist es auch in den Schlafzimmern hell. Das grosse Schlafzimmer hat ein grosses en Suite Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen (keine Badewanne) mit einem offenen Durchgang zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad. Wenn somit eine Person im Badezimmer ist, hat man das Licht und die Geräusche auch im Schlafzimmer. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat Dusche/WE gegenüber. Sowohl das kleinere Schlafzimmer als auch das kleinere Bad haben wenig Schränke/Ablagefläche. Wenn man als zwei Paare in den Ferien ist, muss man sich bewusst sein, dass die beiden Schlafzimmer/Badezimmer nicht gleichwertig sind. Der Balkon mit seiner Traumsicht hat keine Sonnenstoren und auch keinen Sonnenschirm; es wird dort tagsüber sehr heiss. Es hat einen outdoor Tisch mit vier Stühlen, den man zum Essen entweder auf den Balkon stellen kann oder dann ins Wohnzimmer. Es gibt angrenzend an den Gasherd zwar einen Tisch (eine Ablagefläche) mit vier Stühlen dazu, aber dieser Tisch ist zu hoch für die Stühle bzw. die Stühle sind zu tief für diesen Tisch. Man kann diesen Tisch somit nicht als Esstisch benutzen.

Gute Lage / Schöne Wohnung / wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer

Ausgezeichnete Lage um die Cinque Terre - Dörfer zu erkunden. Von der Unterkunft 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof oder zur Abfahrtsstelle der Boote. Ebenfalls ist man in 5 - 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Levanto. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig mit super Sicht auf das Meer. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Piacevole vacanza

L’attico è spazioso e luminoso e gode di una splendida vista sulla spiaggia di Levanto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo su cui si può pranzare comodamente. La posizione è ideale per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere le Cinque Terre ma anche Bonassola e dintorni. Host molto disponibili e gentili.

Vue magnifique, au calme.

La vue panoramique, la taille de l'appartement sont remarquables. La situation est parfaite avec parking privé. Accès à la gare en 15 minutes max à pied.

Chauffage via la climatisation réversible...pas forcement le mieux adapté.
