We got a room on the roof top (8th fl). Very nice & tidy room.
The staff was very responsive & prompt. Once you have a question, they was very quick to reply your email.
The location itself, tbh a liitle bit hard to find on the first time.
But once you know your way around, it's very easy to get there, because very close to the Ueno Station & shopping centre.
Also there's 3 konbini near the hotel.
Hopefully we can go back to Tokyo & stay there again 😄

The location is great and check-in/check-out was super convenient. The facilities are clean, but they only clean the room every 3 days. They provide towels and toiletries, but no toothpaste or toothbrush. No free water or coffee, but there's tea available in the reception area. Overall it is a good deal

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Ueno Station and 15 minutes from Keisei Station. The best part is that you can walk through the basement if it’s raining or snowing, so it’s easy to roll your luggage. There are lifts and escalators too, so no need to carry your luggage. The only downside is that there’s no iron provided. There’s also a laundry room and dryer available, which costs 200 yen for 20 minutes For check-in, you need to complete it online. In my case, I had to use a VPN to access the website from my country. To enter the hotel, you need a passcode — there is no key card provided.

It was online check-in. The link was sent via Agoda and link was marked so we will unable to check in online so we messaged them couple times, but there was no one reply until the check-in date and late reply.
The location was great few minutes walk from JR or underground .
The hotel looks new and clean. However, there was no heater in the bathroom so it is cold when you got in the bathroom.
More over, you cannot leave the luggage at the hotel when you check out or prior leave when you want to early to go to somewhere else because there is no staff.
so not really recommend for travelers.
