Could not fault a thing, perfect as it is

The apartment has everything you could need, lovely touches like milk, breakfast porridge and pastries, which we enjoyed, this is our second visit and will be back again in December without a doubt, thanks Carron and Mark for your great hospitality

Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in a lovely part of Suffolk.

I had a lovely welcome which, to me, is important. The apartment was larger than I imagined, good shower and cooking space. The extras such as biscuits and orange juice were a lovely touch. The kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable and quiet. I shall definitely be coming again! Great stay if you’re a bird watcher as there are many reserves nearby.

Liked just about everything! The thoughtfulness of our hosts and their attention to detail made our stay all the more enjoyable. Certainly one of the best - if not the best! - accommodation's we've stayed in over the last fifteen years of using Booking.com.

One very minor point worth considering - the ceiling mounted, motion sensor activated night light (if that's what it is?) above the bed was slightly annoying. We found it rather bright and it came on at the slightest movement.

The apartment was in amazing condition and was very cosy. Bed was incredibly comfy and the layout was excellent.

Instructions to find the door were slightly vague but this may also have been down to our tiredness and lack of comprehension!

Comfortable and pretty apartment with great views

Gorgeous little studio apartment above the owner's garage with lovely views over the fields - we particularly enjoyed watching the pigs in the fields being fed whilst we ate our own breakfast! Easy access using a code to pick up the keys, the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We liked that some basics for breakfast had been left, and tea and coffee facilities. Great shower pressure in a very nice modern bathroom (the whole place is very new!).

The water tank is small so plan to have a gap between showers as otherwise the second person will get a cooler shower than planned - the tank does warm up pretty quick. We enjoyed coffee using the Tassimo machine on our first morning, but there were only two pods, so our second morning we went without!

The property was incredibly clean and tidy. It was well equipped and even included some extras which were a nice touch. The hosts were very accommodating and it was just generally a nice place to stay.

Lovely modern comfortable apartment

Self catering apartment but porridge & chocolate brioche rolls very kindly left for us plus some lovely wrapped chunky biscuits. It was perfect for us visiting family at Red Lodge Karting track. Lovely modern & clean apartment with very comfortable bed & great view Would definitely stay again if in the area

A superb , well thought out and actioned garage space conversion . Just what we needed for a day at the races , but were more delighted by the hosts friendliness and proactivity and booking us a table at the excellent local pub for dinner.

This is an exceptional apartment with a very comfortable bed. It had everything we needed, and even had a few nice little touches added on. The hosts Carron & Mark were very helpful and obliging. We will definitely be staying here again. The views were lovely to, and very quiet.
