The location for our plans, the layout of the flat, the ease of getting to the property, very homely

Comfortable and spacious

Unclean kitchen drawers, cutlery and crockery. I had to wash spoons, mugs and plates etc before I could use them. This is unacceptable given the price I paid. The tablecloth had a large stain and cut in it.

Apartment was lovely, but parking arrangements very stressful!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and was equipped inside with everything you could wish for. Easy walking distance to the centre of Newmarket.

The parking was through an extremely narrow archway through which we could only drive our medium-sized car with the wing mirrors pushed in. Although the apartment description warned about the width of the archway, it didn't warn that there was no turning room in the courtyard when the other parking spaces were fully occupied. This happened to us on the morning we left, which meant we had to reverse through the very small space - with no wing mirrors to help! Also, someone had poured what seemed to be a large amount of some sticky substance over the car during the night, so our first port of call had to be a car wash.

Nice and clean, easy access and parking 👍

Shower and water pressure needs sorting, door to lounge was very heavy and wouldn’t stay open may need adjusting as wife nearly caught hand in door. All in all though nice stay thanks 👍

Exceptional

Extremely clean and tidy, well maintained, and kitchen/dining ware was more than adequate. The bedrooms-bedding and linen was all clean and well easy to access. The living room area was ample and kitchen was spacious. The owners were excellent at replying to messages and dealing with any queries ASAP. We would definitely return back here next time.
