Clean and decent facilities.

The WiFi password could have been in a more obvious place. I arrived tired and when I didn’t see any mention of it by the kettle etc I assumed that there was no WiFi. I saw that there was the next morning 🙂

A lovely friendly welcome with lovely touches such as milk and orange juice in the fridge. Recommendations for eating out and very clean. Everything was in excellent working order and Claire was very responsive.

Very nice host.

Claire was a breath of fresh air. Very sweet and bubbly personality. Gave a very warm welcome and was available if needed but didn't need her as everything was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay

An absolutely fantastic find, really close to Mildenhall, where we were working, very clear instructions to get to the property and where to park. This is in a very quiet residential area. Claire was a fantastic host, she made our stay so easy (and it was only for 1 night). The Annexe was very clean, with really great furnishings and comfy beds. Plenty of room for two of us, but a family of 3 could easily stay and have plenty of space. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely book here next time. We thoroughly recommend it.

A perfect spot for visiting family in Mildenhall

Spacious room, excellent bathroom, efficient heating and ventilation, plus presence of a microwave and fridge. Delightful and helpful host. All these are reasons we keep returning.

Great escape!

Very comfortable bed, having milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice and biscuits provided was much appreciated after a long drive. Great directions, good secure off road car parking and comprehensive visitor information pack. Claire’s communications before my arrival were clear and quick to respond to questions. Many thanks!

Fantastic stay at a quality property - everything well thought through and spotless.

Location was ideal for visiting family in Mildenhall. Property was extremely well equipped, clean and our own access door was perfect. Really quiet area and an especially lovely host!

Perfect

Stayed 2 nights when attending a wedding. Met by Claire, who was very welcoming. The room had everything you might need (apart from maybe a butler! :) ) Lovely en suite, microwave, fridge with fresh milk, juice and water, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, TV with Netflix, comprehensive information folder Everything was spotlessly clean, nice bed linen and towels. Nice decor, great attention to detail. Free off road parking, free Wifi

Perfect Solution

Location, comfort, privacy, microwave, host - these five made it our perfect spot for a two-night stay. We have booked it again, therefore it must be that we like it.

A second easy chair would have been a bonus, but to say we did not like doing without one does mean we did not like the annex. After all we have booked a return.

Warmly greeted felt very welcome. having my name by the door was a very nice touch. Such a lovely place the bed was really comfortable and the room was was nicely decorated. Plus there was Netflix on the TV.

Great accommodation, well situated and a very nice touch to supply provisions needed for breakfast.

Excellent! Very pleased with the provisions left in the room.

There was a change - originally I'd been going to stay at the accommodation with my partner and had paid for the two of us to stay, but she had to cancel. So I spoke to the owner who said to contact Booking.com and they would arrange for the reduced fee for one person staying rather than two people. However when I phoned Booking.com, they told me there was nothing they could do and any change to the price would need to be discussed and agreed with the owner.

Quiet and comfortable = Good value for money.

As I was running late, I was unable to meet the host Claire, however she was happy to leave the keys at the location for me. The location is not over looked and is very quiet with no passing traffic or noise. The room is very clean and tidy with comfortable double and single beds and good quality towels. Good pressure to the shower as well. Tv has normal channels and and Netflix. Free Wifi as well. The fridge was stocked with orange, milk and bottled water. The microwave is particularly useful as I'm coeliac so I was able to warm up pre-prepared food. Off road allocated parking. As the base for a photography trip, this is a great location. Although I unfortunately didn't get to meet Claire mainly due to my schedule, I was made to feel welcome and at home. The acid test of any stay is, would I stay again? The answer is Yes, definitely. It is comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Over all, good value for money.

Maybe a couple of plates and cutlery in the room along with an iron
