Nice and clean and good facilities, overhead projector, lovely and warm , beautifully quiet and easy to get to Bury St Edmunds

Shower was a little underpowered, probably just me being used to a rainfall shower at home.

The accomodation was excellent , superb host !

A tiny niggle was that the shower wasn’t very powerful and the water took a while to get warm as I tried to fill the bathroom sink !

Well, I have to say this is the most brilliant place to stay. Simon and his wife have literally thought of everything. I am so impressed about how they have managed to create this clever and very well-appointed place within the space provided, whilst creating a spacious feel and experience. The quality of the decor, accessories and technology is brilliant. Plenty of storage and hangers (not one of these 'we'll give you three coat hangers places'). So great to find somewhere with a proper hob and oven - so many of these places just offer a microwave. Lovely setting, lovely people, lovely abode - what more to say? Just don't book it when I'm planning to come next time ;)

Great location with easy access into Bury St Edmunds, Ickworth park and various other attractions. The flat itself is modern and well down up with a good sized kitchen area, comfy bed and a projector to watch TV from. Great value for money with great hosts.

Beautiful and Accomendating

I am writing to share my positive experience with a vacation rental in London. I travel to London when possible to see family, and with a new addition, I needed to find a suitable rental. I am very particular about my accommodations, preferring a quiet and clean place that is close to town but not too close. This rental met all my expectations and more. It was exactly as shown, and the host even provided extra touches that made the stay even better. This will definitely be my first choice for future visits. Best regards, Kimberly

Highly recommend for a couple's break

Clean, smart, comfortable, well designed with all you would need for a couple's break, including some milk for the tea and coffee (and biscuits) to get you going. Clever use of projector and TV, a fan, hairdryer, iron, cooking facilities, good bathroom. Very friendly and helpful host.

Immaculate, modern, spacious and clean. A perfect stay!

The property was immaculately clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. It was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the skylight windows were lovely to open as much as I wanted. I don’t think there was anything to fault! Simon and his family were so friendly and accommodating, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back :-)

Lovely place.

Perfect location for us as we did a running event 6 miles away. Easy walk to two local pubs. Apartment had everything we needed and would except. Nice touch was a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge. If back in the area would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent as we were planning to visit Ickworth Hall which was within walking distance The cleanliness was immaculate of the accommodation, very well kitted out for all our needs The information given was good and hosts were very helpful and friendly

I had the most amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly cozy and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything I could possibly need, including a charming fireplace and a fantastic movie projector. The host was absolutely brilliant—the friendliest person I’ve ever met, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. I can’t wait to come back!
