The best apartment we have stayed, every detail was thought out for English speaking tourists.

This apartment is a great example of "excellence is in the details". There was everything we needed in the kitchen and all other rooms. There was an extensive and very clear check-list with rules (on laminated paper!) in great English. There was a detailed explanation in English how to sort waste correctly (this is usually a problem for tourists in Italy). There even was free candy for the kids. Host was contacting us on Whatsapp, instructions for getting the key were very clear. Parking also was freely available next to the apartment house. Very quiet neighbours. Grocery store just 3min walk away.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Exceptional

Great communication with the host, so precise information how to reach the appartment, where to park a car free 9f charge, offer to help about choices for a dinner. Self checkin is a big plus.. The appartment itself is spacious and clean in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed it. A lot of free parking space around the building. And again great host :) So every recommendation.

Appartamento comodo e funzionale per chi ha la macchina.

Appartamento in periferia, quindi non adatto a chi non ha la macchina e vuole visitare il centro di Livorno, ma facile da raggiungere in auto, appunto, e con discreta possibilità di parcheggio (ché è libero, ma anche molto inflazionato). Il contesto non è esteticamente piacevole, si tratta di vecchie palazzine che necessiterebbero di una ristrutturazione, ma l'appartamento è carino, ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i servizi. Molto gentile e disponibile l'host che, tuttavia, ci ha dato un'indicazione infelice per la cena, ma sono certa che l'abbia fatto con le migliori intenzioni.

La colazione non era compresa, però qualcosa a disposizione comunque c'era e lo abbiamo apprezzato. Tuttavia curerei sicuramente di più questo aspetto.

Senza parole

Host di una grande maleducazione mai capitato prima…(se riesco allego la chat) ho prenotato giovedì nel tardo pomeriggio solo per una notte chiedendo subito se fosse possibile alloggiare una notte in più pagando in contanti.Il giorno del check in io e la mia compagna abbia avuto dei problemi personali e abbiamo comunicato all host immediatamente che non potevamo trattenerci più il giorno dopo…il signore ha reagito molto male dicendoci che voleva comunque i soldi o di andarcene nell’ immediatezza il giorno stesso,ormai pagato con toni molto arroganti,chiedendoci anche i soldi della tassa di soggiorno che teoricamente era già compreso nel pagamento su Booking,la mattina del check out ci scrive affermando che secondo lui fossimo in più persone solo perché uno dei tre letti era un po’ disfatto e che se avesse avuto tempo sarebbe anche passato a controllarci…Ho risposto dicendogli che avrei fatto una recensione per l’accaduto e ha eliminato subito il messaggio in cui siamo stati offesi e con tono minaccioso di essere segnalato su Booking per cattiva condotta(alcuni condomini ci hanno anche ovviamente visto dato che abbiamo chiesto delle informazioni per il parcheggio ingresso ecc) aspetteremo una risposto visto che sono stato bloccato su WhatsApp dopo essere stato offeso :)

Ljubazan domaćin, dao nam je sve potrebne informacije o plažama i znamenitostima u blizini. Apartman je veliki, komforan i čist sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Sve je kao na slikama. U blizini imaju dva velika marketa. Besplatan parking je uvek dostupan na ulici. Smeštaj je u mirnom i lepo uređenom delu grada.

Ansprechend gestaltete Wohnung, bequeme Betten, 2Schlafzimmer und separates Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit. Ruhige Lage, Moskitoschutz vor den Fenstern. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Einchecken per Whatsapp. Telefonisch oder vorheriger Erhalt des Codes wären uns lieber.
