الشقة نظيفة و آمان و قريبة من شارع ارابات عشر دقائق مشي توجد محلات و بقالات ومسجد والسوق الاخضر ليست بعيدة عن السكن توفر أدوات الطبخ والثلاجة وتلفزيون وكواية والواي فأي ، الدفع كاش يتواصل مع صاحب العقار ليخبرك طريقة الدخول للشقة
حمام واحد فقط في الشقة 🥲 لا يوجد مكتب استقبال الدخول اليها ذاتي برقم سري يرسله إليك المالك هي عبارة عن شقة في مجمع سكني في الدور الأرضي

Очень классная квартира. One of the best apartment in Almaty City.
Заменить 1 матрас в комнате с розами нужно будет. Починить душ, точнее слив возможно, так как пахнет канализацией чуток. Я бы рекомендовал поставить еще 1 кондер.

Очень уютная и чистая квартира. Свежий ремонт и новая мебель. Нас было четверо, но могло поместиться и 8 человек. Очень просторно, квартира тихая, окна в тени деревьев, из-за чего в жару (а мы попали на +35, +40) солнце не светило в окна. Кондиционер очень сильно выручил. Кухня маленькая, но мы ее не использовали, ели в кафе. Нам очень понравилось, в следующий раз также будем бронировать эту квартиру! Советую от души!
