Erg mooi appartement, netjes en schoon. Zelfs een ventilator aanwezig voor tijdens het warme weer. Aanrader!! Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo de brug over het centrum in, ideaal. Motoren konden in de parkeergarage staan wat er fijn was.

Moderne, große Ferienwohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Wir hatten alles, was für eine Woche Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird. Besonders gut ist die zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß über die Brücke in der Altstadt von Cochem mit zahlreichen Restaurants, kann Abends das Auto in der sauberen, abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage stehen lassen und ein Glas Moselwein genießen. Auch der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Mosel und Reichsburg sind schön.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Falls es möglich wäre, einen der Parkplätze mit einer Wallbox (z.B. 11kW) auszustatten und dem Gast mit Elektroauto zuzuweisen, hätte man am nächsten Morgen immer einen vollen Akku zur Erkundung der Umgebung (Preis: "Strompreisbörse" + 10ct/kWh).
