Gem in Cochem!

Well positioned overlooking the Mosel Promenade. The apartment does not have a balcony, but an acceptable alternative arrangement was made. Includes all amenities and more, down to umbrellas and even a shopping trolley. Close to restaurants and shops. Secure parking at extra cost (don't bring a large SUV!) Friendly, helpful hosts.

A well equipped apartment with great views and thoughtful hosts, who could ask for more.

The owners were there when we arrived at a beautiful apartment, everything and more was provided including cake, fruit and wine. The apartment had a good size balcony to enjoy the great views. The use of the garage was helpful as parking would have been a walk away. The town was on the doorstep with some good restaurants.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities! We've had a very nice welcome from the hosts that have explained everything to us. The flat is very spacious with very comfortable bed, stunning view at the river and vineyards and perfect location right in the center close to all restaurants and bars.

This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It was perfect for a couple and had everything you could want plus a beautiful panoramic view of the Mosel river. Location was excellent as the town centre, restaurants,wine bars,riverboat boarding jetties and entertainment were less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. You had the option for car parking in the apartment building or in the city centre car park both of which are on a fee basis. There are further apartment options in the building if you needed accommodation for more than 2 persons and balcony. bbq facilities etc. Great hosts with fluent english.

Exceptional

My family had a wonderful time here! Household Petra and Helmut were so nice and considerate. We had all we needed in the apartment or I should say much more than what we expected, such as homemade cake and sparkling wine! The apartment is as beautiful as the photos shown, we love the balcony the most. My parents always stayed on the balcony to watch the river Mosel and all the boats passing by.

It’s a pity that we only booked the apartment for 6 nights, which is far too short. We have to stay longer next time^^

Exceptional

The unit is wonderful with one of the best views of the river in Cochem. We were two couples staying in the apartment and their was a lot of room for us all. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a central location with a wonderful view. Our hosts could not do enough for us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. There is a car park under the building if you are driving.

Perfekter geht es nicht

Wo soll man bei einer Bewertung anfangen, wenn einfach alles perfekt ist? Bei der Buchung: unkompliziert über booking.com und mit schon jetzt sehr gutem, freundlichen Kontakt zu den Gastgebern. Bei der Anreise wird man freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt und die geräumige Garage (unbedingt mitbuchen, Parkplätze sind in Cochem absolute Mangelware!) mittels Funk geöffnet. Mit dem Aufzug geht’s zum Apartment, bis hierher noch guter Standard. Sobald sich die Tür öffnet, ist man in einer anderen Welt! Wir reisen viel und durchaus kostspielig - eine derart liebevoll, hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nirgends gesehen. Hier stimmt nicht nur alles, sondern sämtliche Erwartungen werden übertroffen. Die Gastgeber: super nett und hilfsbereit, selbst gemachte Törtchen, frische Blumen, ein Obstteller und eine Flasche „Mosecco“ erwarten den Gast, die Wohnung top ausgestattet mit allem was man sich denken kann. Tolles Lichtkonzept, fantastisches Design. Man merkt sofort, mit wieviel Liebe sich die Gastgeberin um jedes Detail höchstpersönlich kümmert. Die Küche: ein Traum mit gemütlichem Essplatz und hochwertigen Geräten. Das Bad: wunderschön, große ebenerdige Dusche, freistehende Badewanne, abgetrenntes WC, alles bildschön gestaltet. Der Balkon: groß genug, farblich angenehm gestaltet, schöne Möbel und Kissen, direkter Blick auf Mosel und die Weinberge. Mehr geht nicht! Ein gut bestückter Weinkühlschrank (Abgabe zu sehr günstigen Preisen) und viele kleine Details unterstreichen den Wohlfühlcharakter, der hier dem Gast zu Gute kommt. Der Aufenthalt ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt angenehm, für die Garage bekommt man einen eigenen Handsender und die Gastgeber sind super erreichbar. Und auch bei der Abreise erfolgt die Übergabe persönlich, charmant und wieder ausgesprochen hilfsbereit selbst noch bei der Ausfahrt aus der Garage. Moselapart: DIE TOP-ADRESSE in Cochem!

Heerlijk genieten in een prachtige omgeving

Het appartement (Moselapart 4) is van alle gemakken voorzien (luxe keuken en badkamer, balkon met een prachtig uitzicht, wasmachine en droger) en alles ziet er netjes, schoon en verzorgd uit. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn erg vriendelijk. We werden ontvangen met een flesje wijn, een taartje en een schaal fruit. De omgeving is prachtig. Je kunt in en rondom Cochem van alles ondernemen en heerlijk eten. Een bezoekje aan de Reichsburg en een rondvaart over de Moezel zijn zeker de moeite waard. Als je met de auto op pad wilt zijn de Geierlay Hangbrug, een wandeling door het Endertal en een bezoek aan Koblenz zeker aan te raden. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad!

Eine unglaublich schöne Ferienwohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Eine sehr stylische, edle Einrichtung, fast schon luxuriös. Dazu kommen sehr herzliche Gastgeber und on top eine perfekte Lage, mit herrlichem Blick auf die Mosel. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
