very pleasant stay with cochem having a lot of things to see, castle boats shops food chairlift etc

large accommodation with a well fitted out kitchen. there is also a conservatory next to the kitchen which is pleasant to be in evening. large bedrooms and there is a sitting room with tv. 2 bathrooms with very good showers, plenty of hot water. a garage to put car in or our case 4 motorbikes which is under the conservatory. there is a supermarket next door which is very handy for food and the beer and wine. being slightly out from the centre you can walk to town which takes about 25 mins at reasonable pace or there is a bus and bus stops right outside that take you to the town bus stn at enderplatz. liked the imbiss on the roundabout about 3 min walk for a snack. only open till 6 though. we all liked haus mika and the owner is a very pleasant chap who also owns a local bar.

cochem has a large church at its centre and it rings weekdays a 8am. all part of the experience and not a big problem really

we cook a lot and the dish washer was not working. Another thing I would have liked is the house instructions in English, not only in German. All the rest, amazing

Very rude customer service. Being told to rent something else when asking a small question is not okay. Two out of the three showers had some defect. The one on the bottom was so clogged with hair that it didn't drain properly and couldn't be used. The bathtub had a shower head with a leak with water going the opposite way Parking was at the local supermarket. Not sure if I was allowed to park in front of the house because the person responding to my messages never answered that question. But it wasn't a super far walk at all.

Comfortable and relaxed stay in a lovely house

Very good location, excellent communication with the host and best of all the house itself. We loved it and our kids didnt want to leave! Super clean with modern amenities and very spacious. Also a big bonus is the supermarket at a minute distance.Everything was absolutely perfect and we would love to come here again

Super Kurzurlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Man hat sehr viel Platz. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich - wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Es wäre schön, wenn für jeden Gast nicht nur ein Badetuch, sondern noch ein 2. normales Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt würde.
