Kövenig, a wine-growing and tourist destination that invites visitors to relax and unwind, is surrounded by vineyards away from major thoroughfares and lies in the heart of the Middle Moselle.
A quiet, idyllic village on the outskirts of Mont Royal, a former mighty fortress of the French Sun King, Louis XIV. Across the river, on the other side of the Moselle, lies the wine and tourist village of Enkirch, connected to Kövenig by a Moselle ferry. Follow in the footsteps of King Louis XIV and experience a lovely river whose charm has enchanted everyone who has ever encountered it. Enjoy a fine glass of wine in a unique winemaker’s cellar. There, you’ll learn about the winemaking process from grape to bottling.
Highly recommended is Germany’s only underground Moselle Wine Night Market in Traben-Trarbach.
Every year from late November through early January, exhibitors from around the world showcase their handmade gifts in four underground wine cellars.
Vacation Home L:
The Panoramablick L vacation home, with approximately 150 m² of living space, is located directly on the Moselle; its 50 m² Moselle terrace with a grill invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers.
• The living-dining room features a dining set for up to 11 people, a sleeper sofa, a radio with a CD player and USB port, a flat-screen TV, and an American-style refrigerator.-freezer.
• The two bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, shower/sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, hand soap, a towel, and toilet paper (initial supply).
• All five bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds.
• The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, convection oven, a microwave, a toaster, two coffee makers, an electric kettle, dish soap, paper towels, two dish towels, a dishcloth, a dish sponge, a dish brush, a dishwasher, and dishwasher detergent.
• A charcoal grill is available on the patio.
A washing machine is available for a fee.
Bed linens are required; guests may bring their own towels or book them for an additional 7.50 € (hand towel + bath towel).
The Moselle region of Traben-Trarbach/Kröv charges a guest fee per person per night. The current amount is due separately four weeks before arrival.
In return, you will receive a guest card offering various discounts. This fee is mandatory
