Modern & practical apartment

Apartment is modern and clean. Beds are comfy, bathroom is nice. Apartment also has nice terrace where you can enjoy drinking coffee in the morning or read a book in the evening :) If you like coffee you will also appreciate coffee machine + capsules that are waiting for you. Location is good, you have small market nearby and supermarkets are 5min drive away. There is also children's playground that is in the shadows for most of the day (which was important to us :). You also have dedicated car parking place by the apartment. We were staying for 6 nights and owner additionally cleaned the apartment, changed the sheets and towels in the middle of our stay which was a nice touch. Owner is kind and very responsive to messages.

Great place - no air conditoning

This place was very modern and clean, and the host was chill and easygoing. It was a great price for value, especially considering it was during the season. HOWEVER!! It was maybe the hottest day in Rovinj, and our AC wasn’t working properly both in the living room and the bedroom. We later saw the reviews that said the same, with the host’s reply that they didn’t turn it on properly, but I have stayed in a lot of places and never had a problem with turning the air conditoning on. I had to shower three times during the night, so if you don’t like the heat, maybe this place isn’t the right choice.

Much needed escape to a beautiful town in a comfortable apartment!

Location,New fresh nicely appointed apartment. Many thanks to the gentleman that checked us in and then assisted my husband in getting a tool much needed that he couldn’t find on our island.

Muy buen alojamiento, para repetir

A 15 min andando del centro. Tiene todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar. Super limpio. Cama, sofá, todo muy cómodo. Tienes 1 parking por apartamento en la puerta. Host super amables. Check in muy sencillo.

Duży, nowoczesny apartament, świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo zadbany i czysty. Obiekt blisko atrakcji turystycznych , 10 minut piechotą nad morze i na starówkę. W okolicy blisko sklepy typu Lidl, Konzum. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das Apartment ist toll und praktisch ausgestattet, es gab eine Klimaanlage fürs Wohn/Esszimmer/Küche und eine separate fürs Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war problemlos, Anliegen wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, Parkplätze vorhanden. Zum Stadtzentrum gelangt man zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten.

Das einzige was wir nicht so toll fanden, war die Kissen (Schaumstoffkissen) im Schlafzimmer und die Matratze war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart.
