Truly enjoyed our stay at Rovinj

Sandra the owner was very responsive to our request. A very comfortable and clean property that offers a short walk to the old town of Rovinj. Generally very happy with the apartment that was well equipped

The main parking is at the rear of the building . The entrance coming from the rear is more convenient for bigger cars like BMW or Mercedes E200 equivalent

Very clean apartment. It is about 1km from the old town and easy to walk to and from. Good beds and linen, Nice outdoor area to sit and to eat. Ample free parking.

The dish washer leaks water.

Nice spaceous and clean apartment with good location and kind owner

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with two bathrooms. We came during the Easter holiday, and the owner turned on the heating for us, so it was nice and warm inside. The location is great — close to the center, but quiet. It has its own parking space. We definitely recommend it for families."

Great apartment!

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect! It is in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes walking to old town or 5 minutes drive to the beach. We stayed in the apartment with no balcony and it was great, plenty of room for our family of four.

Beautiful, very large and well equipped apartment in central location

The outside of the building could do with a freshen up, but the apartment is stunning, and massive! Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher (detergent and tablets provided!) We were 3 adults, a couple plus friend so the 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect. The whole placw was spotlessly clean. There was also a very large balcony with comfy outdoor chairs and cushions and a table. An added bonus was free onsite parking. Our host told us we could walk to the old town in 20 mins as it was hard to park, but being elderly we opted to drive and found several parking stations around with parking for 1 euro and hour. We also found an amazing restaurant about 3 mins drive away called Konoba Jure, with excellent food, cheap prices and an entertaining host. Although they are closed on Wednesdays. Much easier and cheaper than eating in the old town at night.

it was large bright and comfortable with a nice terrace - the beds were very nice too

the Wi-Fi was not always working and therefore we couldn’t watch Netflix

Great apartment, close to the old town of Rovinj. Apartment is on the top floor, with free parking space inside the yard. Great style, cozy rooms, kind owners.

There were no toiletpaper in the bathroom and no colander (filter for pasta) in the kitchen. But these are only small things, the apartment is a great value for this price.

Lovely and comfortable

The apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The location is also good, because it takes just 3 minutes on foot to get to the nearest market and 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. We loved our stay!

Optimal accomodation for couples and families.

Great location, close to the downtown, to the see, to the supermarket. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Flexible host inspite of the late arrival.

We received a manzard room on the 3rd floor with windows on the roof instead of an apartment with balkony as it can be seen on the fotos.

It was simply perfect. Lovely appartment, good parking, close to town (12 min walk). Short drive to many beaches (could also walk just over 20 minutes). Playground in the shade in 1 min walk for small kids.
