Lakovich Sea view Apartment by Irundo

Tivemos uma excelente experiência nesta hospedagem. O apartamento é amplo, muito limpo, confortável e bem equipado. A localização é ótima, próxima ao centro histórico de Rovinj, e a vaga de estacionamento foi um grande diferencial, tornando tudo muito mais prático. O anfitrião foi organizado e passou todas as informações necessárias de forma clara. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos e certamente recomendaríamos esta hospedagem.

O único ponto de melhoria é que um apartamento com dois quartos poderia ter dois banheiros. Para quatro pessoas, um único banheiro acaba exigindo um pouco mais de organização. Ainda assim, isso não comprometeu nossa estadia.

Modern, well equipped apartment with a great view and in a great location

Great location with fantastic views and a very quiet setting. The accommodations included a nice bowl of fresh fruit on the counter along with additional items in the fridge, which was a thoughtful touch after a long drive. The beds were comfortable enough, and overall the stay itself was relaxing. I do wish there had been an option to wash clothes, though I understand laundry was not included in the accommodations.

Communication ahead of time could have been much better. Some questions had to be asked multiple times, and responses were often delayed or incomplete, requiring follow-up. Finding the property was also difficult. The instructions provided were somewhat helpful, but it still took us a while walking around to realize the unit was located upstairs several floors up. We also were not aware there would be three levels of stairs, which was frustrating after a long drive with a baby. Parking was another stressful part of arrival. The owner’s red car was parked where the instructions directed us to park, and we did not receive a prompt response when asking where we should go instead. We ended up parking inside the walled area in front of the building, which we were later told was acceptable. I did recommend that future guests receive clearer parking instructions ahead of time, especially for travelers arriving exhausted or with children. There was only one AC unit in the apartment along with a large fan in the main room, so I’m unsure how comfortable it would be during very hot summer months. Also, we expected a sofa bed but instead found a couch with a fold-over sleeping section rather than a true pull-out bed. Thankfully, my mom still said she slept comfortably enough. While the place generally looked clean at first glance, my husband did find a long toenail near the floor by the couch, which was honestly pretty disgusting and made us question how thoroughly the space had been cleaned before arrival. Overall, we did enjoy the stay and would probably return now knowing what to expect. However, having clearer communication and more detailed information ahead of time would have made the experience much smoother. If there were another place with similar views located closer to Rovinj, I would likely consider that option first.

The apartment is very comfortable and modern, equipped with everything you might need. Rovinj’s Old Town is just a 10–15 minute walk away, and the view from the window is truly breathtaking.

One thing to note is that the booking photos include several different apartments, so it can be a little unclear which one you’re actually reserving. My only small complaint would be the synthetic fragrance sticks in the apartment.
