Great value for money, amazing host and good location

The host was amazing. The coworker and I travelled together, so one of us slept on the couch, and she brought an extra set of bed sheets from her home for us. Everything was super clean and comfy. There were even some thing in the fridge to make our arrival more comfortable. The space is wonderful, with the view on the garder, surrounded with flowers.

We've had some troubles with the internet connection. I wouldn't put this on the owners, but maybe a suggestion to find some alternative sources for people with roaming. Though, we did notice that this is the issue in the whole town.

Excellent place to stay in Rovinj

Excellent helpful host. Great location. Good bedroom with storage and terrace. Clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Good local restaurants with excellent seafood. Great value.

Exceptional apartment and wonderful hosts

The apartment is on the perfect and quiet location, walking distance to a groucery and to the beautiful old city, also it is walking distance to the magnificent pine wood and amazing beaches. It is spacious, spracling clean, comfortable, has everything that you need, has peaceful and perfect bedroom, terrace where you can drink coffee and eat breakfast, also the living room has plenty space for dining, too. The bathroom is spacious and is perfectly equipped as well as the kitchen. There is inner parking space. The hosts are kind, wonderful and helpful couple, they will provide anything that you need. I sincerely recommend Apartmens Lavanda to spend your holiday! We'll come again!!!!

Very enjoyable, great host!

Cosy little street, all peace & quiet. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers everything you'd possibly need for a longer holiday stay: kitchen utensils, "life saving" air conditioning, supply of fresh towels. Everything's very clean and the host is super friendly and truly cares about her guests. The house is located within walking distance from the Old Town, it's a 10-15 min walk.

If you need wifi for uploading/downloading big files then wifi connection is not strong enough, but if you just need to google things/use social media it's good enough:)

Great place to stay

Really nice place to stay. The host was super friendly, we were welcomed with some beers and chocolate. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. Its close to the center with parking.

The wifi didn't work. Our room hardly had a connection, and even when we managed to pick up the signal, it still didn't connect. This could easily be fixed by buying a wifi signal repeter.

Overall very good and worth the money

The apartment was very clean. The location was perfect, it was cheap so we were happy over all. So if you have a budget its a perfect stay. It has a parking space but it was full when we arrived so we parked on the street 2 nights but it was right in front of the apartment and it was free and safe.

Wi-fi doesn't work, i rad about it and its true. The host restarted the router but still no network, thats a big minus. The shower is to small and has a curtain it would be better to have a cabin. The furniture is a little outdated but well kept.

Önellátó apartman.Teljesen felszerelt konyha- nappali és étkező (amerikai stílus), hálószoba. A mi igényeinknek tökéletesen megfelelt. A fürdőszoba WC, bidé, káddal, több kéztörlő, törölköző fürdőlepedő. Rendkívül tiszta kulturált környezet. A vendéglátók un. "Willkommen" hűtött italokkal kedveskedtek. Természetesnek tartották az apartman teljes bemutatását, a klíma használatának ismertetését, valamint az internet elérési adatait. (bekeretezett Wi-Fi és jelszó képpel) Bár nehéz megtippelni az építés dátumát, rendkívül jól karbantartott épület.

Tolle Unterkunft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die Inhaberin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit und es war super sauber dort. Der Garten ist gemütlich und lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden auf der Terrasse ein. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Ein überaus angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist, auch im Detail ausgesprochen Sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und Platz war auch reichlich vorhanden. Das Haus wird mit viel Hingabe geführt was man an den Eigentümer sofort merkt, diese zeichnen sich durch Freundlichkeit und eine stete Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Überaus angenehme Menschen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Strand. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns die gute Dämmung des Hauses. Trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen mussten wir die Klimaanlage nicht ständig voll aufdrehen, das Haus hat die Kühle dann wirklich lange gehalten, das kannte ich von anderen Wohnungen in der Region so nicht. Für uns wird die Unterkunft in Zukunft immer eine Option sein.

Sehr ruhige Lage ! Schnell in Altstadt und am Hafen!

Sehr nette Vermieterin mit vielen Tipps bzgl Restaurants! Unbedingt das “Maestral “ am Hafen bei Sonnenuntergang genießen ! Mega ! Apartment ausreichend ausgestattet: top sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher genügend vorhanden. Kleine schattige Terrasse mit schönem grünen Garten! Dank der Holzläden an den Fenstern bleibt es drinnen kühl: wenn das nicht ausreicht , gibt es noch eine Klimaanlage! Küche gut bestückt: wir haben nur gefrühstückt ! Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Bad mit Bidet , Badewanne mit Duschvorhang . Im Haus sind noch 3 weitere Apartments , Vermieter wohnt nebenan. Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden; Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße ! Angenehm! Altstadt und Hafen zu Fuß in ca 15 min erreichbar ! Achtung : zurück geht’s bergauf. Kleiner Supermarkt mit allem, was wir für unser Frühstück benötigten, in 5 Min um die Ecke fußläufig.

Das WLAN ist auf der Terrasse nicht das Stärkste! Wir haben ja Urlaub , vielleicht dann auch ab und an von dem Handy 😉

Barátságos házigazda, patika tiszta lakás, jó környék.

Csendes nyugodt környék, a ház körül gyönyőrű hatalmas növények. A szállásadó nagyon barátságos, kedves volt. A lakás nagyon tiszta volt, minden volt benne, amire szükségünk volt, a klíma is rendesen működött. Udvaron belül tudtunk parkolni.

Sehr sauberes Appartement mit nettem Balkon in den grünen Garten hinaus. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sehr durchdacht - wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns herzlich und mit guten Tipps willkommen geheißen.

Geweldig verblijf in het mooie Rovinj

Een fijn appartement met parkeerplaats op 10 minuten lopen van het centrum van Rovinj. Een heerlijk rustige buurt waar je veilig op eigen terrein kunt parkeren. We verbleven er 6 nachten, werden hartelijk ontvangen en de eigenaresse kwam geregeld vragen of we iets nodig hadden. Goede bedden en en een goede badkamer en keuken. Een heerlijke tuin waar je rustig kunt zitten. Een kleine supermarkt een paar straten verder waar je heerlijke verse broodjes kunt halen. We kregen ook tips voor restaurants met name Orlando en La Vela hebben we meerdere malen bezocht! Een aanrader! We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Sehr ordentlich angelegte Unterkunft mit gesamt vier WE und schönem Garten. Vermieterin wohnt gleich daneben und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ist sehr nett 😀👍🏻. 10min zu Fuss in die Stadt. Lage ist sehr ruhig 👍🏻

Wenn man etwas sucht dann vielleicht etwas wenig Geschirr zB. keine Auflaufform und keine Schnapsgläser. Es ist aber grundsätzlich alles da was man braucht …
