Spotlessly clean, well-equipped apartment in a great location — I’d stay here again without hesitati

The location was very good — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute drive to both the old town and the best beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Walking to the old town takes about 30 minutes, but due to the heat, we chose to drive. One major convenience was that Kaufland, a large and well-stocked grocery store, is only a 3-minute drive away. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean — by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed — and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything promised was delivered, and for the price, it was excellent value. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only real challenge was parking. I had a larger car, and getting in and out of the space was tight and a bit stressful. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Brilliant stay.

A wonderful apartment with all the facilities you could want. It was very quiet and relaxing. Barbara and Boško did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Their communication with us was first class, with information on arrival, picking up the key, and on leaving. They responded very quickly to a question that we had. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

Fully equipped apartment, great for a family of four. Calm and quiet location, 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Hosts are really friendly and always available for anything you may need. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

The hosts were very nice, gave use a lot of useful info about the apartment and the city. The apartment was clean and well organized. We felt as if we were at home. Great location too, easy to get to the city center.

Bosko and Barbara have got this right in every aspect

Location was perfect with free allocated parking in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk to the harbour and old town, taxi rank with available taxis if you didn't fancy the walk back. The communication with Bosko and Barbara was amazing and the information supplied about the apartment and surrounding area was incredible. Luxury apartment with all the comforts.

Exceptional

The warmth welcoming and the many suggestions that were given to have a smooth stay in Rovijn. Well centered and quiet, just 6 mins walk to the center. The apartment is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, a balcony, air-condition, etc)

Great apartment and great city!!!

The apartment was great, everything we needed was there as described and the check-in and check-out with the host was easy and very informative. I would definitely stay at the same place again.

Well not to be too picky but there was some noise coming from the apartment above in the morning (walking/water noises). Nothing too excessive but it did obviously woke us two mornings. Quick note about the parking: it is pretty tight so if you have a big car, it might be problematic (which was not our case).

Apartman je fenomenalan na lepoj lokaciji. Domaćini Barbara i Boško su sjajni. Uvek na usluzi i spremni da pomognu ma šta bio problem. Za njih sve pohvale i sve najlepše o njima.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr ruhig gelegen- sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe (zu Fuss erreichbar) Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber- die Einrichtung ist top! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern! Von der Terrasse hat man Meerblick! In ca. 10 Minuten (zu Fuss ist man in der Altstadt). Jederzeit wieder!

Jakość, kontakt, organizacja przyjazdu, pobyt - high end!!!

Stosunek jakości do ceny bezkonkurencyjny. Kontakt z gospodarzami - lepszego nigdzie indziej w życiu nie miałem. Odpowiedzi na wiadomości w ciągu minuty, niezależnie od pory doby. Wyposażenie apartamentu we wszystko (chemia gospodarcza, kawa, herbata, przyprawy). Wisienką na torcie był segregator z wszystkimi informacjami dotyczącymi sprzętów AGD, wypożyczalni rowerów, informacji o Rovinj i okolicy, służb porządkowych i tysiącu innych rzeczy - prawie dostałem orgazmu, jak to wszystko jest pięknie posegregowane:)

Ein wundervoller Urlaub

Wir sind gerade zurück aus einem wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub im App. Babo. Wir empfehlen das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiter. Es hat Alles gestimmt, von der liebevollen Betreuung durch Babo bis hin zur Ausstattung. Auch Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf, wie Gewürze oder Kaffee waren vorhanden. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die ruhige Lage ist optimal, sowohl um in die Altstadt zu gelangen als auch um Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu machen. Ganz lieben Dank 💐von uns an Barbara und Bosko, schon die vermittelte Vorfreude war toll 😍. Herzliche Grüße von Klaus und Iris

Tolles Apartment , 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt.

Sehr toll ausgestattetes Apartment. Sehr nette , unkomplizierte und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr praktisch war der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände des Apartmenthauses. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt.

Einfach toll, wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem sehr großzügig versorgt ( Waschmittel,Spülmaschinentabs....). Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

gut angelegtes und ausgestattetes Apartment, schöne Lage

Wir empfanden die Lage als sehr angenehm, ins alte Stadtzentrum geht man ca 15-20min zu Fuß, dafür hat man seine Ruhe in der Nacht und lebt ein wenig weiter weg vom Trubel. Zimmer wie beschrieben, gut angelegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Gefrierschrank, auch die notwendigsten Gewürze und Kaffee waren bereits vorrätig, was sehr angenehm und keineswegs selbstverständlich ist. Vermieterin und Vermieter waren trotz "kontaktloser" Abwicklung sehr bemüht, immer innerhalb weniger Minuten per whatsapp erreichbar und außerordentlich freundlich. Hat viel Freude gemacht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank!

Die Essplätze sind der Länge nach an der Kücheninsel angeordnet. Nicht optimal, da ein wenig eng, aber am Ende kein Problem.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Die Unterkunft ist äußerst gepflegt und sauber, was sofort einen angenehmen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und vollständig, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die bequemen Möbel, die zum Entspannen einladen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt können wir dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Et virkelig dejligt ophold i en skøn og velholdt lejlighed med søde værter. Vi kan varmt anbefale Apartments Babo og vil

Lejligheden var ren, veludstyret og hyggelig med alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme og venlige – og kommunikation før og under opholdet var super god. Beliggenheden er rolig, og der er gode parkeringsforhold. Vi følte os meget velkomne.

Der var faktisk ikke noget, vi ikke kunne lide. Alt levede op til vores forventninger og mere til.

Doskonale wyposażony i super czysty apartament

Świetnie wyposażony, czysty apartament z bardzo troskliwymi i sznującymi gości gospodarzami. Bardzo wygodne, samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Parking na miejscu. 15 minut spacerem od wygodnej plaży koło campingu.

W Rovinj brak ławek z oparciem wzdłuż nowej promenady, a te istniejące są tyłem do morza (!!!). Ehh... miejscy projektanci :(.

Appartement très bien équipé

Nous avons rencontré les propriétaires qui habitent en Autriche, ils sont très gentils. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, très propre et extrêmement bien équipé, nous avons rarement vu cela c'était très appréciable (café, chocolat en poudre, huile, liquide vaisselle, lessive, éponges, ect...). L'appartement est à 10-15 minutes à pieds du centre de Rovinj, cela se fait facilement. Un parc avec des jeux pour enfants est à proximité. Rovinj est assez centrale pour visiter l'Istrie.

L'immeuble à côté est en travaux, bruits de pelleteuse et du chantier toute la journée (sauf le dimanche). L'horaire d'arrivée maximale est 20h (boite à clefs avec une minuterie), c'est un peu tôt. Rovinj était la 1ère étape de nos vacances, nous arrivions de France en voiture avec les aléas de la route, ça donne un peu de stress inutilement sachant qu'on récupère les clefs dans une boite à clefs... Le flot d'informations envoyé par la propriétaire est un peu élevé, on a du mal à s'y retrouver mais cela part d'un bon sentiment. Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, trop mou

Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini koji se brinu oko svojih gostiju (poruke za sretan put, pitanje jel sve uredu, jesmo li sretno stigli i smjestili se). Apartman iznimno čist, uredan, odlično opremljen kućanskim aparatima i osnovnim potrepštinama (+ poklon dobrodošlice). U samom apartmanu pregršt informacija kako bi gosti mogli uživati i u potpunosti doživjeti grad. Svaka pohvala!!!!

Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Miejsce parkingowe przypisane do apartamentu, budynek czysty w spokojnej okolicy. Sam apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i ładnie urządzony. Mieszkanie jest duże, dzieci i rodzice mieli swoje sypialnie plus wspólny pokój dzienny z aneksem. No i balkon, na którym synowie lubili zasiadać i odpoczywać. Blisko na palże do centrum miasta czy portu.

Tökéletes, mindennel felszerelt szállás, egyszerűen hibátlan ❤️ Tiszta, világos és csendes helyen van. Igazi gyöngyszem a pihenni vágyóknak❤️ A szállásadók rendkívül jó kapcsolattartók, minden kérdésemre szinte azonnal válaszoltak. A véletlen folytán személyesen is találkoztunk, nagyon cuki, mosolygós pár😊

Super prijazni gostitelji, ki so poskrbeli za natančna in razumljiva navodila glede prevzema ključev in navodila v apartmaju, ki pridejo zelo prav. Lokacija je super. Do centra Rovinja se da priti peš v manj kot pol ure.

Tökéletes kikapcsolódás, nagyon jó ár /érték.

Majdnem minden úgy volt, ahogy a képeken és a leírásban. A házigazda nagyon aprólékos és maximalista abban, hogy a vendég jól érezze magát. Tiszta, rendezett lakás. Minden van, ami kell egy apartmanba. Nem csalódtunk. Mindenkinek bátran ajánljuk ezt az apartmant. A helyszín egy csendes, tiszta övezet de nincs túl közel a tengerhez. Bár ez relatív. 10-15 perces séta az óváros. Rovinj egyszerűen gyönyörű ilyenkor. Az abbiak nem negatívumok így ide írom őket, , inkább csak építő jellegű észrevételek. Jó pár távirányítóba nem volt jó az elem, hiányzott az erkélyről 1-2 nyugágy és jó lett volna a hálószobában is egy tv valamint a lenti tv jó lett volna ha okos tv és tudtunk volna nézni saját streaminget, mivel az idő nem volt túl jó.

Igazi negatívum nem ért minket. Sőt...
