About this apartment rental
This nice, spacious and modern apartment A1 that can accommodate up to 6 persons, is located in the beautiful city of Rovinj. It consists of three double bedrooms; two of them with a double bed and one of them with two single beds. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle and dinning table. There is also a sat tv in one of the bedrooms, where you'll also find a sofa, while wi-fi internet is available in the whole apartment. Two bathrooms consist a shower, toilette and towels. The apartment is air-conditioned. It's located on the 1st floor and it offers to its guests a terrace where they can rest during hot summer evenings. Private parking guaranteed in front of the property. On the magnificent coast of Istria, right below the Lim Fjord, is the most romantic place in the Mediterranean - the city of Rovinj. Youth groups are not allowed.

This lovely house was the perfect fit for our group of five adults. The hosts were on-site and extremely communicative and helpful in every way, including assisting us in finding the house when our maps didn't guide us to the location correctly. We had plenty of space to spread out, and the communal areas were great for cooking, eating, and playing cards when we had downtime (there is a private balcony attached with a table and chairs in addition to the table in the dining area inside). The house is removed from the craziness of downtown for quiet and calm nights, but a short walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the fun stuff when the group was ready. We were also located close to a grocery store to pick up little essentials. The AC worked great during the hottest part of the days when we were in the home, and there was a clothes washer in the unit to clean things before heading to the next destination. Overall a perfect spot for us, we would definitely stay there again if we go back to Rovinj!
