MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Apartment is located in 35 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size of the apartment is 80 m2 and balcony is 3 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. In the courtyard of the house there is also a big terrace of 25 m2 and a roofed tavern of 10 m2. The tavern offer a possibility of using the BBQ and the outdoor dining area. It is possible to rent bikes for 10 €/day.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 big double beds + 2 single beds
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Lovely private place with a friendly host. 10min away from the old town by car or taxi (~20 EUR). Clean and as described. Great value for money too - we went during the salsa festival and the price was very reasonable!

Bilo nam je super, prostrano, opremljeno, uredno, čisto, malo udaljeno od gužve, a opet blizu svega. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni i uslužni.

La cordialità e gentilezza dei proprietari. La pulizia dell'appartamento. La comodità del materasso. L'ambiente di campagna equidistante tra le migliori spiagge di Rovigno e l'incantevole centro storico di Rovigno.
