Beach within a few minutes, 2 bedrooms, private pool, completely fenced

This is a nice conversion in a rural location but not too far from Rovinj and from the beachfront areas outside of Rovinj (walkable in 30 minutes or drivable in 5). Very nice outdoor area and small pool, reasonably comfortable interior. A mix of old decor / furnishing and modern but providing all that is required for a self-catering break away in the peaceful countryside. Gordan, the 'next-door' manager was very helpful in spite of language barriers (but not intrusive) - though we needed to call him on the phone when we arrived as he did not appear to have received our messages en-route but he came immediately to welcome us. He also immediately organised to replace the TV which was not working -(likely taken out by electrical storm the previous week). There were things that could have been better done (generally small things, batteries for clocks, gas lighter empty, light bulbs out, fridge makes a lot of odd noises! and there were a lot of flies (but there are at home in Italy at present - it seems to be the season of flies). The nearby pigs and donkeys only added to the occasion and were not at all a problem for us or our two dogs, who were entirely at home within 12 hours - having a functional and secure outdoor space for them was brilliant. Overall, we had a very nice week of peace and quiet. if you want to be in the bustle of Rovinj or within walking distance, then this would not be for you, but if you have a car or like a good walk, it is ideal. Air-con a plus!

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Pool und schöner Terrasse. Ruhige Lage. Zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen muss man aber das Auto nutzen.

Super ruhige Lage und tolle Umgebung. Extrem tolles Grundstück für den Hund , der überall frei laufen konnte. Im Haus selber ist alles was man braucht. Sollten wir nochmal nach Kroatien kommen , dann wieder in dieses Haus. Beste Grüße alex

Das Haus war super und entsprach den Angaben auf der Homepage. Unser Zwergdackel - und natürlich wir auch - haben uns super wohlgefühlt, er hat auch Freundschaft mit den zahlreichen Eseln geschlossen und mit ihnen geschmust. Der Vermieter Gordan war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus ist wunderschön und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein, was wir bestimmt tun werden. Leider war es für September schon ausgebucht, sonst wären wir heuer nochmal gekommen.
