Exceeded expectations

The place is amazing. It’s incredibly well designed and modern with everything you need. The pool was fantastic- the whole place, grounds, swimming pool, garden is immaculately maintained by the hosts. Highly recommended.

Could do with a more practical curtain as opposed to the ones there to keep the light out in the morning.

Loved it. Pool was the best we’ve seen yet.

Clean, modern and quiet.

Nothing really. Only small point is that we are non-smokers so when we were sat on our balcony and somebody else was smoking, it was not very pleasant. Other than that, can’t think of anything else.

Excellent and above expected staying in Viktor’s rooms

You can clearly see that owners are taking care of this place. Everything is very clean, fresh, equipped with all you need. Location is perfect, 10-min of walk straight to the city. Neighborhood is calm during night so you can get some sleep without being disturbed by noise. Added value is definitely swimming pool. Owners are very nice and friendly. We will come back next time while visiting Rovinj.

Kontrolliert alles und überall Kameras

Der Pool ist sehr schön.

Der Vermieter hat wenig Sinn für Privatsphäre. Überall gibt es Kameras. Meine Kinder dürften nicht selbstständig am Pool schwimmen und nichts nass machen. Dann kam er mit seinen Pool Regeln und Haus Regeln. Am Anreisetag dürften meine Kinder und ich bei 36 Grad nicht vorzeitig ( 1Stunde) in das Zimmer unter dem Vorwand das es noch nass wäre. Er kam auch in unser Zimmer und störte beim Duschen. Meine Tochter musste beim Pool immer Schlapfen tragen. Ich würde das nie wieder buchen und kann nur jedem davon abraten.

De host en zijn vrouw zijn super aardige, gastvrije mensen. Prive zwembad is top. Locatie, +/- 10 min lopen naar het centrum.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour

Accueil exceptionnel, chambre confortable, et très belle piscine des plus appréciables en période de canicule. Accès à pieds à la vieille ville. On y retournera volontiers.

Ein toller Urlaub, erholsam und einfach schön

Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner, da die Vermieter ( sehr freundlich) mit im Haus wohnen- toller Pool. Die Lage ist super, wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Alojamiento con piscina a 10 min del centro

Zona tranquila y a 10 minutos del centro. Hay parking. Todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Se agradece tener nevera en la habitación y también el pequeño balcón que supone un poco más de espacio al ser 3 personas. La piscina estupenda. Los propietaria muy amable y disponible para cualquier consulta porque reside en el mismo alojamiento.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage! Nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt! Sehr schöner Pool mit netter Poolanlage! Perfektes lässige Zimmer, nette Gastgeber. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden!
