Central location. Staff helpful regarding check-in. Easy walk from port and to get airport shuttle bus.
Very small shower cubicle with large shower head not working. OK for one night stay. I wouldn't say it is luxury accommodation.

Bagno vetusto, doccia piccola e con cattivo odore dallo scarico, pulsante scarico WC malfunzionante, balcone (per cui pagato supplemento) sporco e affacciato su un brutto vicolo

La struttura è centralissima, nelle immediate vicinanze della metropolitana, stazione e porto. Molto vicino al centro storico. La camera è dotata di ogni comfort. La struttura e' nuova e lo staff e' stato sempre gentile e molto reattivo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Location is good, room is spacious enough, i like the smart tv, bed is comfortable. Our a/c didn’t work but they fixed immediately.
Some of the towels they put had a bad smell maybe because of the humidity, and some of them were yellowish. Glasses and cups were covered with fingerprints and dusty. There is a bad smell in the bathroom.
