Carafa Suite B&B

We had an excellent stay and, if I return to Naples, I would definitely stay here again. Although we arrived late, Titi was there to welcome us, making check-in smooth and easy. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk from Spaccanapoli, while also being within easy walking distance of the Duomo or the port, which is ideal if you're planning day trips to the islands. Our room had a lovely balcony, which we really enjoyed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. Every morning, one of the staff members kindly brought us fresh croissants, which was a lovely touch. We also loved having the Kimbo coffee machine, it was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the toilet flush kept running once. We contacted Titi right away, and the problem was resolved immediately, so it didn't affect our stay.

I highly recommended Carafa. It could not have been better. The room and location were great. It was so helpful to have a staff member on site. Indica, the staff person was wonderful. He was so helpful and kind. He is a real asset.

Das Gebäude ist alt aber mit Charme. Insgesamt könnte das Gebäude etwas Auffrischung vertragen. Die Zimmer waren Top! Betten, Bad, alles sehr gepfelgt. Der Aufenthaltsraum auch. Das Frühstück ist italienisch ausgestattet: nur Süßes. Kaffee und Tee waren vorhanden. Das Leitungswasser ist gut. 2 kleine Supermärkte um die Ecke haben die Lücken gefüllt. Die Inhaberin hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, um in der Nähe Pizzerias und Restaurants zu finden. In einem von dem sind wir so zufrieden gewesen, dass wir 3mal da waren. Eine Metrostation ist um die Ecke. Wir mussten aber wg Gehschwierigkeiten einer Mitreisenden oft mit dem Taxi fahren: das hat hervorragend geklappt: max Wartezeit 7 Min., alles per Karte bezahlbar.

Einziges kleines Manko: die Reinigungsperson war sehr oft anwesend: das hat etwas gestört.

Breakfast review: disappointing The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Every single day, only sweet items were served, with no variety or consideration for guests who don’t like — or can’t eat — sugary foods first thing in the morning. There was no bread, butter, or even a simple neutral option. The lack of balance in the menu was frustrating. I expected more attention to the needs and preferences of the guests. Terrible.
