AR b&b Nel Cuore di Napoli

Central located, very friendly host and daily cleaning. Never had such a high service stay, like a 5-star hotel! The host checked in with us before, during and after the stay, even to give recommendations on restaurants and to make sure we made the best out of our trip to Napoli.

Our host, Mrs Anna, is the sweetest! Her hospitality is on another level. She kept our room spotless every day and even tidied up our things as if she were our mum 😊 The breakfast she provided in our room was generous, always on time, and everything was carefully chosen—including freshly baked croissants she made herself! As we were a group of five girls celebrating our friend’s upcoming wedding, Mrs Anna kindly left us a complimentary gift to congratulate the bride as soon as she found out the purpose of our trip. Also, the apartment’s location was perfect—everything was within a 10-minute walk.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The property was very central and the staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our breakfast.

Prima di tutto la gentilezza di Anna e Rosario. È il primo anno che veniamo a visitare Napoli e subito ci hanno accolto con calore (e con molta disponibilità anche nei contatti whatsapp precedenti al nostro arrivo). Posizione comodissima e centrale per raggiungere il Duomo, cappella San Severo, Napoli sotterranea, San Gregorio Armeno, attaccata a Spaccanapoli e a 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Duomo. La stanza ampia sempre pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort e anche di più. La colazione ottima e servita in camera e in ultimo una generosità che ci ha colpito con un gesto inaspettato. L'ultimo giorno era il compleanno di mia figlia e ci hanno lasciato in stanza un regalo e un bel biglietto di auguri per lei e dei dolcetti con tanto di candeline e bibite per festeggiarla, il tutto assolutamente omaggiato con il cuore. Consiglio questo B&B per tutto ciò che offre e per la gentilezza spontanea dei proprietari
