Pros: * Very good accommodation with easy communication with the owner * Daily cleaning and the option to get fresh towels * AC worked very well * Comfortable bed * Safety deposit box in the room * Spacious shower * Excellent location * Free breakfast included, served right by the entrance. This was a particularly nice surprise, as breakfast in Italy is often pre-packaged when included in the price

Cons: * Shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot and was sometimes difficult to keep at a consistent temperature

The location was great in a vibrant,walkable neighborhood with lots of great restaurant choices. The room was modern, large, and clean with a comfortable bed. Access to the upstairs lobby and room was easy with access codes. For the price the value was pretty good if your biggest want was great location and a clean, spacious room that looks newly remodeled.

The bathroom and shower were large by European standards. However, there was no real counter space and no where to hang towels anywhere near the shower. Never once saw the owners although they could usually be reached by WhatsApp. On the one day we wanted our room cleaned, we were told housekeeping was only done from 10-12 which forced us to be out of the room early or miss housekeeping. The front door to the first floor main whole building always stuck. The large lobby was shabby looking with construction materials and a porta potty inside. The room was dark with minimal natural light. The only windows opened into a small area with other apartments just 15 feet away on all sides. Could only get a glimpse of the sky by hanging my head out the window and looking straight up.
