Tout était très bien. La situation, le confort, la propreté, l'équipement de la maison et la tranquillité
La gestion administrative du dossier : Trop de messages (près d'une dizaine), des consignes permanentes, l'obligation de remplir un formulaire qui menaçait de ne pas avoir accès à la maison si celui-ci n'était pas complété (alors que l'intégralité des informations avait déjà été communiquée et que la location était payé en intégralité. Mais aussi l'imprécision d'un lieu où déposer les déchets en verre (dans les containers de la ville.... ) Bref, nous nous sommes sentis harcelés et de ce fait nous ne ferons plus appel à cocoonr
