About this apartment rental
For greater satisfaction of your stay, your accommodation is close to the skating rink and the Library of Bordeaux, the Pey-Berland cathedral, the Aquitaine museum.
But you are also 7 minutes walk from PELLEGRIN hospital and Charles PERRINS.
Two accommodations perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and trainees.
You will appreciate your accommodation for the space of the living room, the cocooning side of the sleeping area and the comfort of the bed, the generous shower.
THE DISTRICT:
All around you will find several nice restaurants (6) with different cuisines, at reasonable prices and open for lunch & dinner.
But also 100 m away, a Casino supermarket, a press point, 2 hairdressers, 1 bakery with bread baked in a wood fire.
If you are athletic, the annex to the Chaban Delmas stadium offers free use of a 400 m track, two tennis courts and a Basque pelota pediment. Of course there are other activities but they are subject to subscriptions.
TRANSPORT:
The Gaviniès station at 100 m allows you to take the tram line A to go directly to the historic center or take a Vélib ’VCub or for a more distant journey an electric Autolib’.
But why not reach the banks of the Garonne on foot (20mn)
Parking subject to a parking meter throughout the city or a daily or weekly subscription for the parks and that of the Bordeaux gates 300 m from the accommodation. Of course there are free solutions possible but a little more restrictive.
ACCESS TO HOUSING
You will be on the 1st floor of a family townhouse located in Bordeaux center.
Common entrance on the ground floor, you will be completely independent and have your own keys.
HOUSING
The 35 m² apartment includes a large main room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with WC.

• A 2 seater sofa, table, chairs, flat screen TV.
• Hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.
Dishwasher (washing tablets provided).
Coordinated dishes, cookware.
Espresso machine, kettle, toaster.

Bedroom:
• 140x190 bed, sheets, duvet, mattress cover and pillows with pillowcases included.
Bathroom
• Sink, and shower. Bathroom linen kit provided
WC Separated from the bathroom by a curtain but with an independent entrance.
Washing machine, drying rack + clothes pins.

Apartment is retrofited in an interesting way with odd layout and a few rough edges. Really nice balcony/terrace. If staying over summer more than a few days, Patrick will arrange to come in to water the plants - totally fine. At check-in though he'll spend a bit too long showing basic things in the apartment when all you want is quiet and a shower. Check out was also different. He will pin you down on your time of departure and show up 10 minutes before to get you 'checked out'. This included complaining if you’ve placed the folded, unused duvet on the floor. He did stop talking momentarily when asked if the floor wasn't clean at check in and that's why the duvet on the floor is an issue. Too much chatter for my limited french, but if thats your thing, you might love it.
