About this apartment rental
Excellent location for your weekend or week-long getaway. Private, cozy, 1 bed only 10 min walk from the city center. Quiet area with a bakery, mini market and small restaurants a few minutes away. Close to all UNESCO World Heritage sites, 45 minutes by car from the famous vineyards of Margaux, Saint Emilion, etc., and 45 minutes by car from the beach, Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
Tastefully decorated 50m2 apartment on the ground floor of a house. High ceilings, limestone wall, open floor plan, bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen has all necessary appliances. Living room with bay windows overlooking the garden, with a small table and chairs. The sofa bed is for one adult or two children (130cm wide). A bathroom with Italian shower and WC. All linens and linens provided. Dining room for meals in the kitchen. Living room with sofa and chair, large screen HD TV, WiFi Internet access, Ethernet plug.
Bus stop right outside the house, bike rental across the street.
Compulsory costs not included in the price: cleaning (€ 25) and city tax (0.90 € / day / person).

This is excellent. Very private and quiet as a result of the private courtyard. Beautifully equipped with full kitchen, and entertainment centre.
Very tastefully decorated and spotless.
The owner met us and went over everything in the apartment as well as giving a great overview of the city and answered all our questions.
