This bourgeois building from the city center overlooking the rooftops, on the 2nd floor (of3) you will enjoy a beautiful terrace of 8m panoramic (only place you can smoke)
We also offer you a parking space in the basement.
The Palais Gallien, Place Gambetta, the great theater, Sainte Catherine Street, all between 500 and 1500 m.
Everything is there ... theater, cinema, restaurant, nice little bistros and wine bar where young and old rub shoulders in a festive atmosphere.
not to mention the walk along the banks of the Garonne
with its beautiful facades of the 18th century and its vast green spaces ideal for a picnic.

Apartment was clean and convenient with great balcony. Owner was grumpy when we were delayed 10 minutes by motor vehicle accident.

Our stays both coming and going we’re very easy thanks to our very accommodating host. He was very understanding when we were delayed due to rain and a motor vehicle accident involving a young female motorcycle rider.
Thank you and we will return next time in France.

We arrived a little early for check in, but Guy let us leave our luggage in the apartment.
Very close to tram, which makes exploring Bordeaux very easy.
